Near Disney and USTA tennis campus - Pool Villa on the Lake - Stunning Views!

The gated community is conveniently located on the same road as the entrance to DisneyWorld (the Osceola Parkway), offering a more peaceful contrast to the busy theme parks. You will have the convenience of easy access to numerous restaurants and large stores without the massive crowds. If you are a tennis player, it is a quick, short drive to the USTA campus located in Lake Nona.

The most striking feature of this tastefully decorated property is the tranquil view of the lake conservation area. Because the house forms a horseshoe shape around the pool deck, this amazing view can be seen from almost all of the living areas thoughout the house. You will be mesmerized by just sitting out on the covered deck watching the changing the colors and wildlife pass by.

There are four bedrooms - one king master ensuite, two bedrooms each with a queen, one bedroom with two twins. There are three full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. Utility room with washer/dryer. The entire covered pool deck as well as the pool and hot tub are screened. High speed internet and Smart TVs in every bedroom. All linens and towels provided. Fully air conditioned. Pool heat is provided upon request.

Guests staying at this gated community also have use of all Villa Sol's onsite amenities including club house, heated community pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, children's playground, fishing pier, hiking and biking trails.

The home is warm and welcoming.

We traveled to Florida to visit my mother who is ill and wheelchair bond. This home made it so easy for us to move her in and out to the pool and bathe her safely with the master bathroom. Great location—close to everything we needed. The property is in a nice, quiet gated community and was absolutely perfect for our trip. I traveled with my adult kids, and we all had plenty of space to relax and spread out. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very convenient to the airport and USTA campus. It was as nice as the pictures presented. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Angela was very responsive when we let her know the internet was down. However, we did not have internet/television until the day before we left. Also, we were unable to use the pool and spa because it needed the internet to activate the heater.

Family Friendly

The property described is accurate and looks like the pictures. Host responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We were all pleasantly surprised with the beautiful property, our Family had a blast in the pool, and also watching for wildlife near and in the lake out the back. The Sunrises over the lake did not disappoint. The flow of the home was nice, open, and allowed for 3 different living areas. We stayed for The Kids PANS Competition, the home was close to both Silver Spurs Arena AND the Airport. Hopefully we are blessed to vacation at this property in the future.

A great, relaxing stay

We had a great 9 days at Angela’s home. The property was exactly as per the description. Angela responded promptly to any queries. The pool is great with fantastic views over the lake. You really do get close views of the gators as they regularly swim close to the property, bring a small pair of binoculars for close up views! We hope to visit again in the future!

It's important to know that this property is remotely managed from 1400 miles away, which means the following in practice: (1) There is no one ensuring that the house is properly prepped and that everything is functioning properly. You, the paying customer, get to find the things that are not working, then call the owner, then either take on the problem(s) yourself or wait for the random part-time contractors who are charged with fixing the broken things you've found. If that role sounds appealing, this house is definitely for you. It was not for us. (2) When things are not working properly, the remote owner will insist that "trying hard" is a sufficient solution before concluding "well, sometimes things just happen". If that level of service sounds appealing, this house is definitely for you. It was not for us. (3) When the headline of the property includes a specific feature that is subsequently unusable for the entirety of your stay, do not expect a refund of any kind. If that transaction sounds appealing, this house is definitely for you. It was not for us.

Great for tennis team

It was very convenient for playing tournament at the USTA Center. No staples in kitchen but there are lots of great restaurants close. The view from the patio out to the lake was lovely and we spent our mornings and evenings out there!

Spring Break 2023

Beautiful house and pool/spa. Located in gated community and close to shopping, airport and all local attractions. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa. Fun to watch the wildlife including gators, turtles and birds of all kinds. We will recommend this property to our friends and family. Angela is always accessible and responsive to any needs.

Great home

We started off with being double booked for our first night so Angela paid for a night in a a hotel. We checked in the next day and were amazed by the house from when we first arrived till we left. The house was very clean and was nicely decorated. The master suite was huge. The pool and the spa were very nice and well maintained. However when the wind is from the north the planes fly directly over the house. If you are outside it is very loud and as often as one a minute for all day. We had a great time and really loved the house.

Beautiful home with a lake view

Loved our time in Angela’s beautiful home. It felt perfect right as we walked through the door. The kids all had their own comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms to share. And the master was fit for a king- plush bed, huge space, enormous bathroom with soaker tub and shower. But the best part of all was the pool and spa with the lake view- we saw so many water birds, turtles, one gator, vultures, and a bald eagle. Paid for pool heat which brought the spa up to a very warm temp and spilled into the pool to heat that as well- comfortable swimming in December! House looked clean, freshly painted, and all of the furniture and bedding was clean and cozy. Stay here! It’s a great spot to spend time away from home! Just to add- we did one day of Disney and it was about a half hour drive, but it also made the area around the home not nearly as congested- and there’s grocery and dinner options close by. All in all and excellent home! Thank you!!

5 star pool, hot tub, and location

Our kids were playing at USTA. Rental was close to that facility. Construction on Simpson road was not fun, but should be great when done. We were there during hurricane Nicole, but house is very sturdy and protected. Hot tub and heated pool were definitely the highlight!
