Excellent location, but house needs a lot of work

The location is excellent. Close to shopping, Disney and Universal. The house and pool were clean, and the beds were sufficient. However, the house needs a lot of work. The bath tub on the second floor needs replacing as it is chipped and peeling. Almost unuasableThere is a mystery puddle in the garage that never goes away. We assumed it was something to do with the HVAC. The washer and dryer work, but not well. The washer gets stuck in settings, and the dryer takes over 2 hours to dry a load. Several of the closet doors have holes in them and the safe won't open. The last deficiency is the bunk bed is wobbly and if you kve while up there, it may fall down. I was not comfortable with my 9 year old sleeping there. The master bathroom is beautiful, as is the screened in pool.

Good…. But make sure you read the fine print

Spacious, great location. Make sure you read their fine print. It advertises a bbq but is an extra fee if you want one. An extra fee is you want the pool heated. Very clean

Great house, terrible property management company

Stayed 4 nights. Property management company gave wrong check in information. Through a 3 hours process, figured out what was wrong and was able to access the correct property managed by the company (Feel free to ask them how they attempted to gaslight and blame me for their lack of accountability. House is spacious. Great kitchen for meals. Pool is great for small families. Gated community with attentive security at the front. House needs minor repairs to modernize but a good stay overall.

We stayed here and wanted to love it. Great location, wonderful neighborhood, and felt safe! However, one of the main reasons we booked this house was for 1. The size-to accommodate a large family 2. Private pool and hot tub. The hot tub and pool stopped working on night 3, and wasn’t up and running until the night before we left. We were really disappointed and had very sad kiddos. The shower in one of the downstairs bathrooms was also broken and two families had to share a shower because of this. Overall, this property could be great, if the amenities that people book this home for, actually worked. Would not recommend you stay here, find someplace guaranteed to have all the vacation “must-haves” that you want.

Nice place for Disney vacation

Nice place at a reasonable rate. Close to Disney resorts. Trip was cut short by hurricane and location was in the path. Would stay there again. Plenty of room for family consisting of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant.

Overall/Nice Place Stay

The property is very close and convenient to all shopper and food. We did found some issue with the house when we arrived at 1:00am due to our flight was delay. 1) 2 pool screen was ripped and open and a bird flew in to the pool area. I’m guessing the damage was caused by the hurricane couple days ago. 2) 2 out of 3 bathroom was down. One of them have no water coming out and the other one was clogged in the bath tub. And there was 9 of us, we have to share 1 bathroom I text the property manager at 1:00am in the morning and he responded to me in 30mins and got everything fixed the next day so I was very impressed. As long as all the problems is taking care of immediately then I’m happen. Overall my family and I was very happy with our stay

Nice place but issues with pool and attention to detail

The villa was nice, lacking some general maintenance and attention to detail as holiday rentals often are but good space and layout. (Tile edges missing grout, etc). The main pool area, shop, little gym are nice and the staff really helpful. One of the bedrooms had an enormously high mattress, which was 2/3 mattresses piled up which was a bit odd and not practical with small children. Especially onto a hard tiled floor. We were advised to pay for pool heating which didn’t seem to work after the first couple of days, we reported it several times and the back and forth was painful. It didn’t get resolved and we got the run around in terms of sorting it and also sorting a refund. (Asking us to call a number to get the cash back but we were able to make the initial payment online, which felt a bit off). We have not been given any refund, despite being told whilst there and it hadn’t been fixed that we would. Other reviews do mention an issue with the pool which we only noticed afterwards. We left some items in the villa, totally our fault but trying to get an answer as to if they were even there was also very painful. It took 3 days or more to get actual confirmation! Despite being promised a call back and chasing up several times. There’s a lot of choice of villas in this area so the level of customer service can be the differentiator.

It was ok, Could have been better for sure

When we arrived we noticed some things broken, We took time stamp of photos as we didn’t want to be charged for anything. Our sheets had hair in them not the greatest impression, the comforter was dirty in top room queen. The pool was nice, it really stinks you can not put the air under 70 degrees, there was literally only 10 towels, 6 Wash cloths, super surprised. Not the best experience, not the worst. It was so so, kitchen was nice and big. The washer and dryer was nice as we had to wash towels after work he first night. It was hot in the house, water was more like Luke warm then hot. It was however hot in the house most Of the time. The communication was on point and perfect tho.

The shower in the master bedroom was awful the shower head was just hanging there so you couldn’t actually get under the water to take a proper shower. There was mold and pink bacteria in there. The little hideaway under the stairs was sealed shut. The air conditioner was locked so it was hot in the house we were sweating at night trying to sleep. If you want a hot tub definitely don’t rent this house we never could get it hot one morning we woke up to it completely drained overall I do not recommend anyone staying here until they do some renovation and repairs.

Overall great with a few small hiccups

We really loved this house, the location to WDW was great, it was clean and spacious for the 9 of us. The only issues we had were the hot tub didn’t work. We asked the pool maintenance guy when we saw him and he said “Oh yeah I can get that going for you” and said It would be hot in about an hour or two. It never got hot. The second issue was it was cold in the house because the day highs were only about 60-65 so at night the house dropped in temperature and kids were cold. The thermostat was locked and couldn’t access the heat feature without a pin. I text the management and they said they would check on it but never heard back. Despite those two issues we had a great stay and would stay here again in the future.

Awesome space

This is a place we would definitely stay in again. The space is amazing. Apparently they stopped providing wash clothes due to theft so that was different. But it has great amenities and the location is perfect. We were able to schedule a movie for my daughter's birthday and close enough to Disney to get a ride and not pay for parking. The hideaway spot under the stairs is no longer available which was a little disappointing for the younger kids. Overall, it was great and we hated to leave.

- The pool has some sort of problem, the water level was 3 inches below the skimmer. There was a hose running into the pool when we arrived that got the water up to the skimmer so we shut it off. by morning it was back to 3 down again. The pool also bleached out the swim suits. - the house was full of ants. everything had to be kept in the refrigerator or the package was filled with ants within a couple of hours. We had 3 packages of baked good ruined, without the packages even being opened. - Before we arrived we got a call saying they would be working in the hot tub, but we saw no evidence of anyone working on the hot tub. - Property manager said they would spray the house for ants while we were out on the second day. I saw no evidence that anyone sprayed. there was a steady line of ants going in-and-out the back door the entire time - lights on the back porch do not work - Thermostat resets to 76 midday everyday. This caused the house to be uncomfortable when we retuned from the parks everyday - the check-in throughout the guard at the front gate is a terrible system that caused delays when ever we returned to the neighborhood. On Saturday I went out to pickup carry-out food, and had to wait over 20 minutes at the gate because 3 cars in front of me were checking in and there is no by-pass lane ** I plan to leave a review on-line with all of these comments

Great Experience

Exactly as pictured. Clean property with a great pool and steps to a nice community building. The ease of getting to and from Disney was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and the property management company was very responsive and communicated efficiently. Will definitely be back.
