Windsor Palms Resort is a guard gated community. The resort is only 5 miles from Disney and 18 miles to Universal Parks. The new Margaritaville Orlando Resort and H2O Live! water park is less than 4 miles away. Within just a few minutes drive you’ll find lots of shopping and restaurants. Walmart, Target, Publix, Red Lobster, BoneFish Grill, Chuy’s, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Carrabbas, Olive Garden, Outback, Bahama Breeze, Joe’s Crab Shack, Denny’s and too many others to list.

The villa is professionally managed locally.

Our home is cleaned following VRHP & VRMA cleaning guidelines for Covid-19. Our cleaners are using disinfecting cleaners on all surfaces with extra attention being paid to high touch surfaces. White linens and towels are washed using soap and bleach.

We provide remote check-in. You can check yourself in directly at the property with remote door code access. However, you will need to stop at the gatehouse upon arrival to show ID and pick up your vehicle pass.

In order to avoid large gatherings, Windsor Palms has strict vehicle limits, noise ordinances and streets are patrolled regularly. All adult guests are registered with the resort gatehouse and only registered guests are allowed entry into the resort.

Gatherings in the home are limited to 10 people.

We had a lovely stay here. The place was clean and quite large. I would come home from a park and go for a swim in the nice warm pool while watching the sunset. It is close to Disney and restaurants. I would stay here again.

The house had plenty of room for our extended family of 6. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all and my son loved the splash pad. The house was conveniently located near stores and restaurants in addition to approximately 30 minutes to Disney and Universal Studios. You will need to bring your own spices but other than that the house was well equipped with everything else. We would definitely book again!

Communication with Elaine was excellent from the initial booking and through the stay. We had a small issue whilst there which was resolved within 24 hours.The property itself is very nice, clean and spacious, location is great not far from lots of restaurants/shops and close to Disney. We had everything we needed in the property, there was a nice welcome pack with enough essentials for the entire duration. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful clean villa in a fantastic location fantastic area, villa has updated appliances. My family and myself stayed here for three weeks and found it to be wonderful. Children’s first trip to Florida!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for 5 nights with our family as our children’s first visit to Florida and Disney. The house was just beautiful, impeccably clean and in a wonderful gated community where we felt safe. We loved having our own private pool and of course the proximity to Disney was awesome! Check in process was great. Door unlocks exactly at time of check in. Rooms described accurately and in a pretty quiet community. Only negative really was the pool cleanliness. Quite a bit of algae along the entire perimeter that came off with a decent scrub. Contacted owner and they sent the pool cleaner to handle. Seemed to shock the pool as it got cloudy that night but did not help. Scrubbed some off with a towel pretty easily so just needs more care, time and cleaning from the pool company. Orlando Family Get Away!

We came to Orlando (my husband, our 3 year old, and my in laws) and this house was absolutely perfect! My son loved the Mickey room and the house was beautiful and clean! Perfect space for our getaway. I personally loved the child proofing - pool safety gate and locks that he couldn’t reach saved my sanity!! Location couldn’t be any better we went to SeaWorld one day, Disney springs for dinner twice, and Disney world one day and everything was 20 mins away. We used the pool daily and had a pool day on our last day. Would return and would 1000% recommend! Elaine was great and super responsive to questions!

Great property in a fantastic location. Was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and there were plenty of towels for the shower and pool. Perfect Family Getaway - Spacious & Relaxing!

Perfect plus Disney at doorstep.

We loved every bit of our stay. Suggestions for improvement might be some staples like salt and pepper, extra rolls of toilet paper, a better brand of soap and more laundry room soap and bleach. These are not negatives, just found in other rentals. The house is just beautiful and perfect for families.

Spacious, Well-Equipped Home with a Beautiful Heated Pool!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! There was plenty of space for everyone, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The heated pool was beautiful, and we loved watching the sunsets in the evening. We also appreciated having access to the clubhouse’s larger heated lap pool. The home is in a safe, well-kept community with an easy drive to the Disney parks and plenty of shopping nearby. The newly renovated kitchen and updated bathroom counters and sinks were a great touch. The only small downside was that the towels and sheets had a strong fabric softener scent, which isn’t our preference, but that’s a personal thing.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!
