Festive Family Gathering

We gathered as a family of 16 for Thanksgiving weekend, and this lovely home provided the perfect setting. The accommodations were incredibly spacious, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and the game room kept the kids busy. The keyless check-in process was seamless and made coordinating arrivals a breeze, especially with family members arriving at different times. Sharing the access code was both simple and convenient.We felt the property itself was fantastic, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials for meal preparation and comfort. From dish detergent to shampoo, soap, towels, and other necessities, everything we needed was readily available, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.The reservation company/hostess team was outstanding and very quick to respond and highly attentive to our needs. Their excellent service added an extra layer of ease and reassurance to our experience. The prearrival gate entry passes helped. The only negative is the resort itself is very busy and during peak hours of the day there are excessive lines at the entrance. Overall, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped home with excellent customer service. It made our Thanksgiving truly special!

Great family vacation home

We had a great stay at this house. Everyone loved all the room, the themed bedrooms , game room, pool area and the great location. The resort was close and everyone enjoyed the options available there as well Recommend this house for all family vacations. We also made a couple trips to Sea World and Magic Kingdom and they were just a short drive

This rental property is ok. Kids loved the pool and the game room. The house is spacious and located in a great area. There were def some home improvements that need to be made in which I have privately addressed with the owner. Fine stay for the price.

Everything was great just like the picture white couches aren't a great idea with so many family coming through i know normal wear and tear but I suggest a wash after every family other than that it was a mini palace host is great and very quick with responses

Beautiful Home needs some TLC

I really wanted to give this property 5 stars but with some needed repairs it can be a 5 star property. The resort is perfect. It is a gated resort with security patrols. The locations is ok you take quite a few streets to get to it. The home is beautifully decorated and appears to be only a fews years old. The property looks like it is pictured except for stains on the couches and dining chairs. But you're in Disney territory where every guest has children so that is to be expected. We purchased some sheets from Walmart and covered the couches. We had a few issues most were addressed and fixed during our stay. Within a few minutes of arriving the beds in the Nemo room collapsed. We put them back together but they collapsed again. Shortly after we noticed that the plug for the air hockey table had been broken off in the outlet and the metal prongs were sticking out of the outlet. Later that evening the pool table collapsed when my granddaughter leaned on it. You could tell the pool table had been repaired several times due to the excessive amounts of screw holes and many different screws. We noticedI really wanted to give this property 5 stars but with some needed repairs it can be a 5 star property. The resort is perfect. The locations is ok you take quite a few streets to get to it. This house was clean and huge, lots of room for two families of four. We had a couple issues with the fridge and pool, but both were fixed within our stay when reported.

Thanksgiving 2022

This property was great we had no issues whatsoever. 12 Adults and 6 kids very spacious and entertaining… we also had guest over in Thanksgiving day and the Saturday after Thanksgiving and the staff was very accommodating. Parking was good temp and was good we have absolutely no bad comments and will consider renting this property again! and again! Thanks VRBO!

We are very unhappy with our stay. Below are examples of the weekend disaster with this rental 1) address is incorrect 2) Door code was incorrect 3) Pool table was broken (promised a replacement and never happened 4) paid for pool heated never was turned on 5) gate staff was rude and difficult to get in 6) Coffee pot has had the craft replaced and does not fit the maker. 7) Pool was dirty and unusable 8). 13 guests for 4 days one toilet paper roll in each bath 9) 3 total trash bags 10). Child bedroom TV did not work Called customer service twice and never received a call back

Very nice property, good location

Very nice property with great on-site attractions... Very clean, good size for a large family and friends...Management company where good. We only had 2 small downsides. We arrived after a long day travelling at the resort gates to a 2 hour queue to check in. The other was the games room pool table had a ball missing and the table itself is poor quality, which is a surprise as the rest of the villa is to a very high standard. Other than those small things I would highly recommend this place to stay, and would go back myself in the future....

Lovely home.

This house is huge. The open concept is fabulous. There are PLENTY of bathrooms. We were a party of 6, and we didn’t even use all the space. The clubhouse amenities are great and easy to access. The kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed. I’d you are traveling to the parks, make sure you have your own transport or are willing to be flexible on timing. Getting an Uber or Lyft was challenging and expensive. That obviously is not the fault of the host, just useful info to have. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
