The location is the best just 11 minutes from Disney and plenty of restaurants and stores around. However, the house is poor maintained and dirt. We wonā€™t come back.

Stop renting this unit!

This unit should NOT be allowed to be rented! The wi-fi didn't work in this unit at all. The tv in the livingroom was not hooked up to cable or the internet connection. The floor was FILTHY! The master bathroom door frame was broken and there was no shower curtain or shower rod. They provided towels, but do not provide washcloths, most normal people would like to know that. The decorative pillows on the couch and upstairs are beyond dingy. The experience was not a good one at all!

My family and I absolutely loved this property! Good location, friendly people and enough room. Our only complaint was that it wasnā€™t cleaned well enough. We found fake finger nails on the floor, old wrappers from other guests under beds and tables and stains in the carpeting and a untreated hole in the wall. But beds and such were clean. Other than that it was great!

We enjoyed our stay but the place was rather run down. Beds were hard as a rock you had to take your own trash out, and they needed copies of my id and a picture of me holding my id and cc I didnt get the email to do all of this until the day before so I was running around getting everything done.

NEVER AGAIN

The separate payment for the cleaning was a hassle. As soon as I booked on Hotels.com was confirmed the management company stalked me for payment. The requirements for payment were ridiculous. Also they put a lock over the thermostat preventing the ability to adjust the AC. It barely worked. Itā€™s Orlando in the summer!!!
