A great villa to stay at

The villa was very clean and has everything you need there. It was very comfortable and the welcome pack was informative. A big supermarket was only 2 minutes away and plenty of restaurant's nearby but all far enough that it's not a busy area where the villa is based. The villa is in a residential area so is quieter than a tourist spot. The roads US27, US192 and I4 were all minutes away and a breeze to get to the theme parks. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend any family to stay there. Each bedroom had its own TV and a main TV in the living room with plenty of seating and a large dining table and separate breakfast table.

Home away from home!

Everything about my stay at this property was fantastic. The owners kept in touch throughout my booking, and the property management was never more than a click away. Check-in was super easy and efficient The house had absolutely all of the amenities anyone could want and the listed price included the cost for pool heat, which is something you rarely see in this area. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.!

Wonderful stay in a lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The check in process was clear and simple. We were given very helpful and accurate information prior to our arrival. The house was very clean and well maintained. The comfortable furniture and lovely decor created a cozy, homelike feeling - not the typical rental vibe. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunny pool area and the toys and beach towels were a bonus. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to amenities. We would definitely stay there again- thank you for sharing your home with us.

Exactly as described in listing - excellent

Clean and hassle free. Plenty of space for our 2 family groups of four. We stayed for 14 nights in July and the villa gave us everything we required as both a base and a home from home. Two twin rooms, or the option for the double room to convert to a twin would have made it absolutely perfect but not an issue as this is how the property was listed and we were fully aware in advance.

Fabulous wedding anniversary break

Great location. Well equipped villa with plenty of space. There was only two of us but for a larger group you wouldn’t be under each other’s feet. Three double bedrooms and three bathrooms would allow 3 couples to be comfortably accommodated. Pool area is lovely with plenty of chairs, tables and loungers. Even beach towels are provided. Thank you Christy and Jeff - your home has been perfect for us for the last week. It’s a shame we have to leave.

A Wonderful Place to Stay - Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful home. Beautifully clean on arrival and so spacious and comfortable. I really can't fault it! It was such a lovely place to return to at the end of a busy day exploring, or visiting the parks. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Publix grocery store nearby (couple of mins away in car but we also walked there a couple of times). The beds were big and comfortable, plenty of storage space, en-suite bathrooms to two of the rooms and a shared bathroom between the 3rd double/Queen and the twin room. With just 4 of us in our party, we were spoiled for space! TVs in all bedrooms, washing facilities, a well-equipped kitchen, a games room a choice of areas to dine in and a cosy and comfortable lounge, excellent air-con...What's not to love?...And then there's the fabulous pool and lanai! How we wish we were still there!!! Christy and Jeff (owners) were wonderful and, along with the property management company, attended to any extra needs we had. We can't thank you enough for sharing your property with us and enabling us to have such a fabulous and unforgettable holiday.

Excellent Stay

The house was perfect for our stay. The layout is so nice and having two master bedrooms with full bathrooms was just what we needed. The kids had a wonderful time out in the pool and the home was a perfect retreat from the busy theme parks. Very clean, comfortable and close to Disney.

We have stayed at several homes and villas through VRBO. Without a doubt this home fit us the best. The pool is sunny all day but has great privacy. It’s not a big resort neighborhood with a guarded gate and waterfalls out front but that made it easier to zip in and out off. The traffic out on the highway was always easy to maneuver with groceries and drugstore right across the street. We actually stayed 2 weeks this time and spent the first week at this home and the second week in a house on a golf course. We spent the second week wishing we were back in the first house. Go ahead and book it.

Wonderful Villa - felt very comfortable
