The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. An absolute no brainer if you come across this condo. More stunning than the pictures. Excellent communication with the host. Community was very nice, and close to a lot of things. Walmart is also right down the street. Next time going to Orlando this will always be my first place to stay. You will not regret this choice. A 10 OUT OF 10 !!!

April’s condo was a wonderful place to stay while in Orlando. Check in was well communicated and simple. Upon arrival we found the condo to be clean, quiet, spacious and well-stocked. There were a lot of small details - beach towels, extra blankets, games, shampoo and conditioner - that were included and much appreciated. My family agreed that the beds were extremely comfortable. The resort property was really nice as well. Great pool, game room, and little cafe.

Perfect location for offsite Disney stay. We had young children and so many extras to make our stay enjoyable. High chair, pack in play, pool towels and noodles, it was a dream. Clean and beautiful!! Would highly recommend. April was great!!!

Impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, as well as the owner’s responsiveness to our many questions. Can’t go wrong staying here, as the unit has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and living room furniture, and easy access to the resort’s pool, water park, and tennis and basketball courts. Disney, stores, and restaurants are located nearby. Traffic on area roads is pretty heavy at certain times of the day but that is typical everywhere. Would definitely recommend!
