The staff was terrible. We didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed, and when we finally got them( which we had to get them ourselves), they had given us the wrong size and we had to again call and get the right size. They were extremely slow when answering the phone to get the sheets. I did not get an itemized bill, and had to call about a disagreement. I was never able to talk with anyone who could help me. Very disappointing stay.

This room was exactly what we needed! I was traveling with my elderly mom who uses a wheelchair for long distance walking. The roll in shower with the easy to use bench and shower head were a perfect blessing! Plus all of the safety handrails gave us such peace of mind! Thank you so so much.
