Our room was very neat and clean. The staff was very helpful and even let us check in early for a fee. The location is close enough to Disney but also to other things as well. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. The carpet was a little outdated, but wasn't bothersome to me. I will definitely stay here again!!

The staff was friendly, but nothing in my room worked except the lights & shower! The carpet was wet in random areas. The tv didn’t work & the fridge smells like it was cleaned with brandy. I couldn’t call the front desk, I had to go BACK downstairs to get a new room because the phone didn’t work all to be told they are sold out & someone will reach out to change my room in the morning. I was there for 3 nights, NO ONE REACHED OUT! I was told I’d get points towards my account since I booked thru a third party I could not receive a discount. I’ll never use the points because I plan on never staying at another Hampton Inn or Choice Hotel again!

The room and the hotel structure are old. The AC wasn’t working, which left the room with a strong moldy smell. We asked to change rooms, and the staff was very kind and fulfilled our request. The new room didn’t smell bad, but the AC still wasn’t cooling properly. Several accessories, like the toilet paper holder in the lobby bathroom and the breakfast toaster, were broken. The mattress and pillows were poor quality. I usually stay at Hampton Inn because it’s a synonym for quality, but this location did not meet my expectations.

First- I would like to mention that I did not bring up these issues to anyone at the front desk- which I should have. Biggest complaint is the cleanliness - room had lots of dust on flat surfaces, like behind the TV. Enough dust that I could use a finger to write in it. Lots of dust on baseboards. Notable dust in/on the hanging lighting fixtures in the breakfast seating area (over the long table) in the lobby. My room also had small ants- crawling on the desk, in the drawers, pretty much everywhere (spotted some on the bedcovers). Again, yes, I should have told someone, but as I was only in the room late at night to sleep, I just never made that call. They were tiny ants - at least not carpenter ants - but numerous enough that now that I'm back home, I immediately every single thing that was in that room through the washing machine (all clothes & shoes & soft-sided duffel) so as to not have them colonize my house. Room felt kind of moist during the stay, even with A/C on. Just a general dampness, that I believe was exacerbated by the carpeted floors. Also, the bathroom towel & washcloth supply was limited- there were only two hand towels & two washcloths, and 3 bath towels. Challenging when there's 3 people in the room.

I booked a king bed and when I checked in online I was assigned said room but when I got to the front desk the room was inexplicably unavailable. We were then assigned a room with two queen beds. The room smelled a bit unused and looked and felt like it was being readied for renovation…one picture on expansive walls a fastener with nothing attached on another wall. Not at all inviting.

My husband and I frequently stay at the Hampton Inn Chain and always have a great experience but not at this hotel. This is the worst Hampton I have ever stayed at.

We were evacuated at 2:20am and could not enter our rooms until 3:50am. It was extremely inconvenient and threw off our plans to go to Disney the next day. Super upset about what had happened.

First I had an issue with the carpet in my handicap room, a square piece in the center of the room was completely lifting at the corners, I tripped on it and was lucky to not have fallen, I had to put the desk chair over it to make sure my disabled mother avoided tripping on it too, I informed both the front desk and a staff member via text about this issue and was only offered an apology. Second, the cleanliness of the hotel was poor, floors in the hallways and lobby and elevators looked like they hadn't been mopped or vacuumed in days. Trash overflowing in the trashcans and the pool and hot tub were always dirty. Third the luggage carts were terrible to try and push/pull and need replacing. Fourth i called about a month ago to ask about free transportation to the WDW parks and was told they do provide it to all the WDW parks, showed up to check in and discovered they only provide free transportation to 2 of the 4 disney parks (HS and MK) which of the 2 they do we were not going to. We were going to Epcot. So i had to scramble to find transportation to take us. Wasn't happy about that. I honestly wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel, the only thing that was good was the breakfast and the staff was friendly.

The room has an old smoke and musty smell. A dehumidifier is used due to outdated ventilation system. I had to empty every 12 hours to keep the room comfortable. Beds need to be replaced and furniture is outdated and damaged.

The hotel definitely needs upgrades. The door to the connecting room was warped causing it to be very difficult to open. The door frame had rotting wood.
