The space
The home sits on a single level, bringing the kitchen, dining, and living areas together in one flowing, open layout that makes it easy for everyone to move, gather, and unwind. Sink into the large sectional in front of the 55-inch HDTV - loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fire TV, and Roku - or step away to the dedicated workspace in a private room with a door, complete with Wi-Fi and an ethernet connection, when focus is needed. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep things comfortable throughout.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and direct pool access. A second bedroom offers a queen bed. Two themed rooms complete the sleeping arrangements, with twin beds and a bunk bed. A crib and Pack 'n Play/Travel crib are also available for little ones.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick morning breakfasts to relaxed group dinners. You'll find a stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, bread maker, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and cookware. Two dining areas give everyone room to pull up a seat, and coffee is provided to get the day started.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is where the trip really comes to life. A private outdoor pool and spa are open 24 hours, year-round - heating is available for an additional fee. The screened patio is set up with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill. Guests also enjoy lake access and complimentary resort access to shared amenities including a gym and outdoor play areas.

Entertainment & family features
The game room brings together arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, and life size games - plenty to keep guests of all ages entertained between outings. A children's playroom and outdoor playground are on-site for younger guests. Exercise equipment including a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and free weights is also available. Board games, children's books and toys, and children's dinnerware round out the family-friendly features.

Amenities & extras
The home includes a free in-unit washer and dryer, iron, drying rack, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer, bathroom essentials, and a first aid kit. A standalone high chair and children's dinnerware are always on-site. Exterior security cameras including a Ring doorbell are in place. Breakfast is provided, and housekeeping is available at extra cost.
