The Space:

The Harry Potter-themed game room will ignite the imagination of every guest, featuring a foosball table and three full-size beds, combining fun and functionality. The spacious living room flows seamlessly into a dining area for ten and a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family feasts. Step out onto the private screened patio to enjoy the sparkling pool and spa, offering serene relaxation after a day of adventure.

Upstairs, the entertainment continues in the movie room with cozy recliners and an air hockey table, ideal for family fun nights. A washer/dryer area is also available for your convenience. The second floor also boasts a master bedroom with a queen bed, a master bedroom with a king bed, a charming Mickey-themed bedroom featuring two twin beds and a twin trundle, and a themed Spider-Man bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects the Spider-Man room to a queen bedroom, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all guests.

Storey Lake Resort offers a full range of amenities including the state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, business center, kitchen, and a day spa. The clubhouse features a lazy river, putting green, a playground, a splash park, a resort-style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a myriad of popular cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a volleyball court. There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community. Strategically located in the Kissimmee area, it has easy access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. High-touch surfaces are meticulously disinfected, and fresh amenities such as new toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap are provided for your convenience upon arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are treated with professional disinfectants, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap and dried at high temperatures. Our cleaning team uses gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, and a pre-arrival inspection ensures that all high-touch surfaces are sanitized once more. Every detail is attended to so that you can relax and enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

* A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be processed two days before your check-in date. This deposit will be fully refunded within three business days after your checkout, provided no damages or violations occur during your stay.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire Single Family home, including the private pool and spacious outdoor patio. The home features eight beautifully furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, game room, and convenient in-home amenities like a washer and dryer.

Before your arrival, a fully online pre-check-in process is required. You'll need to complete a rental agreement and submit a verification form, which includes a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once everything is completed, we’ll provide detailed check-in instructions 2 days before your stay.

These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
