Ruined vacation
The community is quite tranquil and close to stores to purchase whatever is needed . We were excited to spend some quality time with the children, as it was spring break, however we were greeted with a cold pool. We were promised that the pool would be ready to use on arrival, if we paid in advance, so we did, but I had to call to get it turned on. The pool never heated so I called again, I got excuses and the nonchalant response was shocking! Long story short, communication was horrible and we never got a heated pool. The pool heat was only on from the night before we left and I can’t express how sad we all felt, that we paid for a house with pool and we did not get to use it! We could see all the other houses had guest enjoying their pool while we looked at a cold pool! The house doesn’t have enough pots , pans, only one mitten, or cooking utensils. The pots and pans are old and cheap! There was a bedroom missing a comforter and the walls are dirty and dusty. There are no games available except for uno and some dominoes ! The kids were bored !! The grill was overpriced and dirty! Nice house, has potential but badly kept! It’s not accommodating for guest to fully enjoy! If you plan to stay at this property with kids, don’t!! It’s not child friendly!!
