Always something
Our three week stay started out with refrigerator leaking from freezer to main compartment and settings set to high but not cold in unit. Called local woman who said she was contact person , but got no response so called the Oregon number. Someone came and fixed problem.
Next, three of four TVs weren’t working and that took two visits and still one didn’t work. Next, washer drum was broken and when on spin cycle would bang loudly and washer would jump around and reposition. Three men looked at that. Next, the drain in guest bathtub was blocked. Someone did fix that.
The local person assigned to us was unresponsive. Calling Oregon number brought repair people but not always results. We left and parts were being ordered for washer.
The rugs throughout were dirty and we were visited by two cockroaches.
This is our 16 th winter vacationing in Kissimmee and was our most disappointing. Instead of relaxing we were looking after someone else’s property.
