House was overall clean. The hot tub did not work, and was told someone would be out to look at it and never did while we were there. Only reason we rented this house was for the hot tub. The back door lock was broken and we could not secure our belongings. The smoke alarm went off at 5 am one morning, and is not apparently tied into anything because no one called or the fire dept did not show up. Not sure why it went off no one was cooking. Everyone was asleep. Overall stay was good, and relaxing.

Pesty vacation,literally.

This is my third time staying with you all and Champion Gates and I was disappointed with my stay with you all this time and actually it started from the very beginning the gate closed did not work to access the community and this went on throughout our stay for us as well as our guests and there were many things wrong within the unit the garbage disposal barely worked the living room sofa sanked on one end when you sat on it the closet doors will not stay on track there are chips on the bedroom furniture and I was very disappointed on how small the pool was but the biggest problem of them all were the roaches they were running along the garbage can in the cabinets there was even one running along the inside of my sun hat I'm so disappointed in you all and my fear now is that I may have brought roaches home in my luggage and things, it is obvious to me that you all were aware ot the situation because as we were clearing out for our departure we noticed there was Roach poisonings(boric acid) in the closets Why did you rent this unit knowing that there were roaches within .I paid a lot of money to stay in such poor class and now I may have to pay it even more money to get rid of the problem you may have caused me. I wished to God you hadn't rented a roach infested home to me and now I am worried how long it will be before I see them in my home .

Excellent/With Acceptions

Beautiful Home..we loved it the only thing was we had an ant problem in all the bedrooms bathrroms and kitchen the entire stay. They sent pest control but that still did not help we haid to go and buy ant sprayfor the ants.. Make sure to bring your own towels and wash rags like we did. There ws no towels maybe 1 wash rag to a bathroom. And they can use a new sofa in the living room.. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the home was beautiful

Great stay

We are currently about to finish our 2 week stay at this villa. What a great 2 weeks it has been. The villa was exactly how the photos looked if not better in real life. So spacious and clean. Great location in terms of the airport Disney and universal and also a really good host that was available to help when we needed anything. Would definitely book again.

Overall Great Property But Needs Some Updates

Overall we really enjoyed the property. I will say that to truly be able to give an outstanding rating the furniture needs some updating. When you sit on the couch in the living room your butt hits the springs in the couch. Also the back of the couch cushions are ripped. The blinds on the sliding glass door need replacing too as many are broken and fall off easily. On our final morning packing up to leave I saw a roach scurry across the sink and it went behind the mirror in the primary bedroom upstairs. There were also tiny ants on the dresser in that room as well.

Nice and spacious house

Great size place for a big group. Houses are very close together so ideally your neighbors are cool. Beds are comfortable and lay works great. Private pool is perfect. Pool/Jacuzzi heat was iffy. A few negatives were the living furniture stained and uncomfortable, kitchen cooking pans scarce, and if you rent a BBQ grill know that BBQ utensils not included. Bought some and left for next renter. Overall a nice place and management is really good.

We loved the house and rooms. We just wish the living rooms were switched out to have family night down stairs and also I have a crawling baby and she found a pill in the bedroom on the floor. The floors could’ve been cleaned more. my baby crawling her hands and top of her feet were dirty from the floor.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Only 2 complaints…1-washcloths not supplied(had to run to Target) 2-GPS took us to a closed gate due to construction and when I called the # provided the rep was rude and told me to find another entrance. Other than that all was perfect and we will definitely be back next year!

Cardboard Front Door

The property itself is nice. The cleanliness would have been a 5 star for everything else except that there was glass all around the front door and in garage from a broken front door. Upon arrival, the glass in the front door was completely gone and shattered all over the front porch area. The door was covered with cardboard and tape. We called immediately, and were advised that they were still waiting on the glass to be replaced and that they could guarantee our safety due to the neighborhood being in a gated community. The community has 1,000’s of houses, and with so many renters, there is no way to guarantee that. They advised us to use the alarm; however, the alarm also did not work the entire stay. It beeped like an IV constantly day and night, and even when letting them know, no one ever came to look at it. We also found a brand new front door in the garage, and when we told them this information, they did not even know the door was already there. We were told the door had been like this for a month, so we should have been notified so that we could make our own decision on if it was a risk we were willing to take. They truly acted like they did not understand why we would think this was a safety concern. A door repair man did come the next evening, and the door was repaired around 6pm the next night. We also requested the pool to be heated prior to our stay and when it wasn’t heated, we reached out about that also and never received a response.

Our stay at Wonder Vacation Homes was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, it was a truly memorable experience. The booking process was seamless, and the communication with the staff was excellent. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated home that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in the property was remarkable, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cosy and comfortable bedrooms. The amenities, including a private pool, jacuzzi and the PS4 kept us entertained throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our vacation, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. We also felt secure with the property's security features. Overall, our stay at Wonder Vacation Homes was nothing short of magical. It provided the perfect backdrop for our vacation, and we can't wait to return. Perfect Location

The house suited our group of 10 perfectly. Great location and the house was clean. The kitchen could use a few more cooking tools, and the hot tub water wasn’t “hot” at all, but otherwise, we enjoyed it.

Champions gate

The home was very clean and tidy upon arrival, very spacious as well. My issue was that there was only only one or two towels per person per bathroom available . There was no pool towels either. We had to go to Walmart and purchase towels for our stay which was very inconvenient. Also the pool heat that we paid for did not work the first few days we were there I emailed about it and did not get a response for almost three days. Finally it worked as they must have sent someone out but the hot tub still did not get hot only warm. This was the most disappointing part as I paid for this extra feature. Overall it was a nice house, but I would likely not stay there again due to the towel issue and pool heat issues.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Villa is very spacious and clean, it could probably do with a lick of paint as few marks on walls and some minor stains on furniture but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a rental. Communication with Wonder Vacation Homes was good and they were very responsive to a minor issue we had with the TV/PlayStation connection. In terms of location the villa is quite a distance from communal areas but as we had a pool we weren’t too fussed about visiting these. The villas are quite close to one another and there was some noise from neighbouring pools in the late evening on a few nights but nothing that caused too much of a disturbance.

Home experience

The house was very roomy and spacious, however there was a lot of marks on the walls and wear n tear with some of the furniture. In addition ,one of the bedrooms had no pillows and there also was only one towel per person. I liked the place but if you are charging a large amount of money for the refundable deposit, there shouldn’t be any damages noticeable for me to see and be concerned about being charged..

Great House Close to Everything

Everything was great for us. Wonder Vacations is far superior to any other rental company we have worked with. We have rented 10 different houses over the past few years. Wonder had the best communication, best check in and we will book directly through their site next time. I'd like to see Pool/Beach towels at the house and at least 4 towels for each bathroom. (there were only 2 for each bathroom) Overall the house was great and we'd stay here again. The pool was awesome, we always pay for pool heat but this time they actually had it warm enough that my kids played in the pool for 5+ hours everyday. That alone would make us come back again.

Awful experience

No functioning A/C for the duration of our stay! For two days I was told a tech would be coming out. The tech didn’t come out until the final evening and still couldn’t fix it because a part was needed. Requested a partial refund and still awaiting a response. Completely unacceptable and would strongly discourage anyone from renting with Wonder Vacation Homes!!!!
