Served our needs but left a lot to be desired
The resort ammenities were great and the townhome provided for all of needs- roof over our heads, beds at night, kitchen, laundry. However, the images in the listing do not accurately represent the condition of the home.There are numerous things broken (smoke detectors, closet doors, entertainment center, etc) and the townhome is dirty. The carpet looks and feels very worn and dirty, the walls and bed blankets were dingy and unwashed, and throughout the home things have been "fixed" with sloppy caulking work. There are now two couches downstairs- both are cheap and hard as a rock and one fully blocks access to the downstairs patio. Lastly, the townhome provides the bare minimum in its own amenities, including enough soap in the bathrooms, towels, or even salt in the kitchen. If you're wondering if the kitchen has it, it prob doesn't. I was impressed with vacasas response about the damages in the home but I got nothing when I asked for clean bedding for my daughters twin bed. There is a washer/dryer but they are very small so blankets wont fit. Again. The resort pool and arcade were great, location was great, and our basic needs were met. But the condition of the home left a lot to be desired. home.trim
