Getaway with family

Very nice property, very modern. Cute decoration, especially for families with small children. Communications with management were excellent, every problem was solve very quickly. Our family really enjoyed this property.

Great themed property !

We had three young children that loved the themed rooms. The movie theater was very well done. Layout was great for our group and our girls loved the frozen room. Pool was very clean and warm on a breezy slightly chilly weekend but we loved it and had a wonderful weekend at the theme parks. Would book the property again.

Overall great home. Kids really enjoyed the themed bedrooms. Could use some upgrades with the televisions in each room and the pool area lightening could be better as well.

Best house yet

We very thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house is well planned and absolutely gorgeous. We had some minor issues with the house. 1. The theater could use a new or upgraded ac unit, while yes it did work it may be a bit too small or possibly it is just an idler unit and not as efficient as we’d like, so not a super huge issue. 2. The listing states there is a grill onsite for use. There is however we did not expect it to be charcoal which we are ok with but weren’t expecting that. It also is older and Florida has not been nice to it. Could be replaced. It worked just was extremely rusty and the last user left it very greasy. 3. the hot tub is not a hot tub unless you upgrade to the heated pool option otherwise the hot tub jets are very strong. And 4. There is no can opener, we didn’t catch this until half way through dinner , we had macguyver join us, and with a string a paper clip and duct tape we made it in to the can of beans. Parking was awesome and very easy. The trash pickup service was very efficient. The house is very equipped and ready to be used. We weren’t fans of the beds, but our normal beds are sleep number so we are spoiled. Looking forward to staying here again and already getting the family organized to stay here again next year when we all get together again.

Amazing, Beautiful, and Fun Home!!!

My family and I had an amazing stay in this absolutely beautiful home for my daughters 2nd Birthday trip to Disney! The house is exactly how you see it in the photos. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, linen closets were stocked up with everything you need!!! Soap, lotion, towels, pillows, blankets, seasoning. Everything you can imagine. My kids had a blast with all the games available to play with in the home. The Theater comes with all the apps such as Netflix, Disney plus, Hulu etc. and shows in great quality with a high quality theater sound system. The recliners in the theater were comfy and it’s where my husband spent most of his time at lol!!! The home was very clean, and beds were comfy. Felt like home and honestly we didn’t want to leave. The home was beautifully decorated and it’s a place where I think would be perfect for anyone any age to relax and have fun. The owner was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Answered all my questions and responded fast. Easy access to get into the home and securely lock when leaving. The AC blows very cold upstairs and downstairs if you like the cold like my family and I. It can be tricky if you are not familiar on how to use a google thermometer, but it was nothing to look up a video on how to adjust the temperature. It’s touch sensitive on the side, just gently place your finger on the side of the white frame and gently move your finger up and down to adjust the temp. Overall great experience and would stay again!!!!

Could be better. Needs some fixes

I want to preface this with the fact that the property owner was very helpful and very nice. This property was very nice with decorating as far as the pictures show and if this is what you’re looking for in decor. There were several issues that need to be addressed. You cannot control the heat/AC on your own, code did not work when we arrived, dishwasher does not clean the dishes (had to wash by hand), there were not enough towels, wash cloths and hand towels (which they did bring more…1 towel per person for a week is not enough), kitchen cabinet doors were hanging loose (need new screws and repairs), garbage laying on pool patio and a washing machine on pool patio, refrigerator drawers were broken and laying on the pool patio and near the pool faucet with floats that were slimy, top stair of staircase was dangerous …it was not nailed or glued and would slide, blinds in living room were missing 80% of the blinds and no one came to put them back up which they said they would, could be much cleaner in general…horrible stains on the carpeting, pool stunk horrible on the first day and the pool company told the owner I refused service, which I did not, so we had to have them come out and “fix” the issue (they came the same afternoon I called). Needs a really good cleaning and paint, repair etc and then it will be worth the price. Location was good for going to the parks. The common area was nice.

Amazing place to stay

It was a great house, good location, lots to do. The owners communicated well with us and acted quickly to resolve the cooling of the house and the heat of the pool/spa.
