Reception in the lobby was under construction and renovation, so check-in took place around the corner in a small room in the back. The receptionist also had a bit of an attitude. The room wasn’t cooled beforehand and had a moldy smell. We were missing the sheets for the couch, and they asked me three separate times to check if they were in the closet, even though they weren’t. When they finally brought them, they even came inside to double-check. A false fire alarm went off twice at 11 p.m., sending everyone rushing down the stairs and out of the building, firefighters came twice, which was very unsettling. Breakfast was the only decent part of the stay. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Oh my was I in for it with this place. I have gotta say… I totally suck at picking . So they are doing an entire remodel. Loud, no lobby. Im not sure if I got a ‘deal’ for this construction going on during my stay - sure did not feel like it with the price. No hottub more like lukewarm tub. Just insane. Workers were nice. I stay for 3 nights total- book on Expedia 2 and have to add one and then check out and recheck in? As if I didnt being that up when I checked in once the first time. I dont know. Very musty feel to it? Maybe thats just Orlando? Idk what I do know is I honestly want my money back. My neck hurts from the beds and I was not impressed. My whole family is looking across the way at another hotel in awh. Bc they want to be out of here.

The hotel was undergoing a massive reconstruction. The front entrance was completely blocked off. It was hard to know in the dark where to enter. 2 of 3 elevators were working. The cab and uber drivers had trouble finding the hotel as it is also undergoing a name change. The room was clean and adequate.

The room was great, but there was a lot of construction going on. They were changing the brand of the motel from Comfort Inn to Marriott. As a result, all the amenities that were listed in my booking were not available because of the construction.

I need a full refund. I switched to this hotel (comfort inn) due to an email I received from my first pick hotel (Holiday Inn) which was undergoing construction and that elevators would be not available. I have a weak immune system and can not be around construction dust and I need an elevator as I have a bad back and can not climb stairs very well. When I arrived at the Comfort Inn, not only was the ENTIRE lobby under construction, only one elevator was working (some of the time). HUGE let down. Since it was a holiday week - I had NO choice but to stay at the hotel. I received no prior email from this hotel about the construction. There was dust everywhere and I ended up with a severe cough which is still persisting days after I checked out. I also booked a King Suite, which I did not get and still paid more for. I was placed in a basic King Room. I had family visiting from out of town and we needed the extra room for visiting. The downstairs lobby was again - under construction so we could not meet there. The hotel needs to be held responsible as we should be staying in a safe clean environment and not get sick - and the hotel should honor the room that I actually booked and not scam me out of paying extra for a room I did not get.

One elevator working, sign disclosing about the dust and lobby walkway closed. Had to walk through this area to access the elevator.
The main lobby area closed, which has the main elevators. The entrance was at the far side of the building with no elevator access.
