This home was everything we needed, comfortable and spacious. All shops and eating areas was nearby. I would recommend to anyone to stay! Response was timely.My family enjoyed.

Great Home

The home is as listed, with the exception that the owner didn't declare the handle of the oven was loose. Other than that all was in perfect order with plenty of rooms and bed. I will definitely rent this home again, higly recommended for any guests looking to book a great vacation home.

This place needs upgrades bad one bedroom air wasn’t working plus ceiling fan was broken. Furniture was old and scratched up.Door bell was broken WiFi went out off and on daily. Trash on porch for two days plus raccoons on property eating the trash for three days.

Beautiful Cozy

The home was beautiful lots of space for everyone to enjoy themselves without feeling of being crowded. Everyone had their owm private bathrooms which was a huge plus. Very roomy tv areas and fun play room with pool table. The only trouble was getting the qrcode needed to get into the community once we arrived had to call the 1 800 number and waited 30 mins to find someone to send the code. Besides that the community and home was a hit.Will definitely book again.

HUGE home with a private pool perfect for our family and friends getaway!!

We had eleven people staying in the home ranging from 5 to 42 years old. It was spacious and the screened in pool was literally perfect. We had a horrible time checking in because the gate needs a QR code that we were not originally provided, I read other reviews that said the same and I even called and texted prior to and at arrival and customer service insisted we didn’t need one. The security people confirmed that was a lie. You will not be allowed on the property without one. Luckily, we knew someone else staying in the community since we didn’t receive the gate QR code from these property managers until a full day after check in. There are A LOT of raccoons! They kept climbing on the screens above the pool. We had a very large one land in the pool and then just walk through the screen on the side of the pool. The good news is the property managers had someone come and fix it the next morning which we thought was very cool. There is no heat at all for the hot tub so it’s not as nice as we thought it would be.The kitchen had a lot of pots and pans but absolutely no spices or condiments (which is always hit or miss with VRBO properties) and no containers for storing leftovers or mixing bowls which was kind of a bummer. The fridge made two types of ice which was really nice.

Home Away From Home

Great sized house. Had a big group and the house was a perfect size. The house was clean. The only issue we had at the beginning was that we needed a QR code to go through security which was not provided. But once I called customer service they were able to provide the QR code to go in. Great location would define book again.

very bad experience

Throughout my stay, from the first day on, I asked for help with the heating because the first night we were very cold. Two days of my stay went by like that. They never fixed the problem. We had the worst Christmas ever, very cold at night because the owners put a code in the thermostat and you couldn't adjust it. It was only for cold. Two of my children got sick because of that.

Roomy but needs repairs

Pool heater doesn't work properly, water is freezing so paying extra to have a pool wasn't worth it. Dryer didn't work properly, reported but never fixed. We had extended family and did laundry daily but had to hang everything because it took multiple dryer cycles to dry very small loads. Missing towel bar, broken shower handle, etc. Gas grill had very little propane so only able to use once. Very little instruction. Didn't know where to put trash but figured it out. Container only holds about 2 bags which is barely one days worth and they seem to only pick up weekly. Racoons know how to get in the container and you are expected to clean up their mess! It would be nice to be told ahead of time, what the house is stocked with so as to not waste money purchasing unneeded items and also getting what is needed. Also should include in the description that all bedrooms are upstairs. Had my elderly parents accompanied us as originally planned, this would have been a problem!

The house was great. The game room was a big hit. The cue stick needed a new end. The kitchen was large. Missing a toaster and coffee grinder (I left one for the next guests) Trash a problem because no large can and raccoons every night.

House was great. Management is HORRIBLE

When we first got to the security gate they asked for a QR code. I told them I only have the number they gave me to unlock the house. I called the property manager and they were totally useless and could not provide me with a QR code. I was put on hold numerous times and they would come back to tell me they don’t know what I am talking about. We finally were let in on a one day security pass. I had to call management DAILY MULTIPLE times a day and I was messaging them multiple times a day and no one could help me at all. On our 5th day there of fighting every time to get in the gate because we didn’t have a QR code I finally got ahold of one person on the phone at the management place who said oh yes, no problem and text it to me immediately. But for the first FIVE days I had to call and argue and call and argue over and over again just to be able to get into the gated community. The house was beautiful. Plenty of space. Only thing I would change in the house would be more washcloths. We had to wash them daily as they only had one per person with no extra. But due to the horrible horrible management company I will never rent there again and if I am looking for a house and I see the same property management is over it I won’t rent there either. They need a total redo of their management system. Oh also something they don’t tell you, the pretty little bench in front of the house is the trash can.

Great resort

We have stayed at the Bella Vida resort many times it’s always a safe and quiet resort and we really enjoy staying there. The villa was well equipped with plenty of space for us all, it was easy to call it home for the time we spent there. You are so close to Disney, Universal, supermarkets, malls, close to the highway to get to Tampa really us a good central spot. We did have a couple of issues whilst we stayed with smoke alarm batteries but the maintenance man came out and sorted them. There also seemed to be a problem with a lot of raccoons in the area and they unfortunately broke through the mesh of the pool many times whilst we were sitting outside we could eventually see that the issue was probably through one of the neighbouring villas leaving food out for there cat that was enticing them out in the day. We reported the issue. We saw many animals without having to leave the villa complex, deer, raccoons, bats, frogs, ducks, geckos etc we really did not need to go to animal kingdom! We would however definitely stay there again.
