The house was lovely and comfortable for everyone. The private pool was used everyday! The hosts were responsive and so helpful. The check-in line was long but moved smoothly and once you are checked in, it is easy to use the other gate and never sit in a line. Would 100% recommend!

This house was very clean! It was set up perfectly for our group. There were 2 refrigerators which gave us lots of room for food and drink for our group of 16 adults and 4 children. The pool was heated perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Our questions were answered in a timely and thorough manner from the owner. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was great all the amenities were wonderful. The house was spacious and the pool and hot was warm. The host was wonderful. She made it very easy to contact her. The check in process is a little rocky T the front gate. Cars are always lined up and pretty hectic. But if you check in the back you will not have a problem. I truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot it was worth the money.

The floors could’ve been cleaner. None of the bedrooms have bureaus which was kind of a pain. Some of the shower doors were almost inoperable but with a little TLC it could be all fixed location, fantastic 10 bedrooms great nice pool and heated hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The house is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with comfortable beds and fun, unique themes in each bedroom. Our daughters absolutely loved the Little Mermaid room, and learning how to play pool was an added bonus for the whole family. The home was very clean and well stocked, especially with pool towels, which many vacation homes surprisingly do not provide. The pool was heated exactly as expected, and we truly appreciated that the garage was actually accessible for parking. Outside of the home, the clubhouse and water area were a big hit with the kids and added even more value to our stay. Our family visits this area every year, and we would not hesitate to book this home again. Highly recommend.

Everything was great! The host was super responsive and very helpful. I would definitely book this place again. There were clean towels in every room, dishes and silverware and even pods to wash clothes. The home was clean and there was a great benefit to having so many bathrooms! The only criticism I have is the carpet is in need of shampooing and some of the doors had paint chipped off but it seems well loved.

Great location with ease of access!

This property worked well for our nine (9) day stay. Well maintained and more than enough space for five (5) families…on-line pictures do not depict how spacious the living/pool areas are. The host was very prompt and responsive to messages sent regarding anything needed. Location and access was great being very close to hwy 27, 4, 192, and plenty of shopping/food options. Also good community resort amenities for kids to access. We would definitely stay in this location again if it met our group needs and was available!

Thanksgiving Trip

The house was what we expected. We go somewhere every year. We like the number of ensuites at this property. The resort area was nice. The only suggestions would be to add dish towels. Also, there was only just enough towels for 22 people. The property was great for our huge family. There are two refrigerators, which should be added to amenities.

Weaver Family!

This property was very satisfying. But when we got there the rooms was smaller than what the views seen to be on the website. But overall the visit was very pleasant and relaxing. My children and Grands enjoyed it, especially the pool. The property management respond very quickly to our problems and very helpful. I would recommend this property to any big family coming to orlando to go to the parks. The area is kind of tight when parking. The water park was great my family loved it. Great place to visit and live.

Great

Unsure why fire alarm went off had to bother property manager on how to turn off. On the lanai there was like sand and it stuck to our feet so therefore it went into the pool. Wish pool and hot tub had a railing for easier access. Other than that would definitely stay again.

First we will tell the pros of the home. The location was great, the house was large enough to accommodate 17 people comfortably. The pool and hot tub were both very nice. The house could use a very good deep cleaning. There was dust on all the lights in the kitchen, there were dirty shoes left in the TV stand in the living room that was not ours, there was a belt behind the bed in the master suite which told us that cleaning had not been done because these items were not ours ( we left them because they wasn't ours) . The wallpaper in one of the bedrooms was peeling, toilet paper holders were broken, some of the outlets wasn't working. One of the refrigerator drawers was broken. It took over 24 hours for the refrigerators to cool down and not smell like something was dead in it. All vents in the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were closed so we had to open them in order for it to cool. The temperature in the house was 76 for the first 24 hours. You could not run both dryers at the same time because they had been vented into each other so we could only use 1 dryer at a time. NO dressers in any of the bedrooms except the master. We lived out of our suitcases. Ensure before you go that your name and all adults names in your party are on the check-in list or you will be turned away and not allowed to enter. We waited 45 minutes in line to be told we wasn't on the list then another hour talking to Lucy to get it fixed. She did give us our money back for the grill because of it.

Great stay

My family traveled from GA to Florida to celebrate a family meme era birthday. The house was beautiful and help all of us comfortably. We had the max of 22 people including an infant. No one was on top of each other. We had space. We didn’t need to speak to the host often, but when we did reach out to extend our check out time, they responded and extended our time right away. We were overall very pleased with our stay!! Oh! The water park was really fun too. I wish we were able to visit I it more but we had other festivities.
