Beware of bedbugs
The house was spacious and roomy, however, one of our guests developed an itchy rash and what looked like small bites and then we found a live crawling bedbug! We also reported a broken dishwasher and we were told it would be checked after we check out. One of the guests cut their wrist on broken glass when the dishwasher rack fell out. We reached out multiple times with no response. It wasn’t until I called the emergency contact number when we found the bedbug that we received a response. The homeowner will only give a partial refund, which is absurd. I then had to relocate in the middle of the night and come up with full payment for a new property, which was unacceptable. Deeply disappointing experience
