I paid to have pool heated and it was not heated when we arrive. Someone came and turned on heat the following day. Still took time to heat. So we really only enjoyed heated pool one day. They did refund me for two days. The house was beautiful and well kept. I don’t like the generic messages that are sent by host after i asked a question when it has nothing to do with my question.

We had a great time! The house was great. Just as advertised. Everyone had their own space. The pool was nice and clean.Checking in was the most frustrating. We were not in the system, and it took a bit to clear that up. Then the gate pass didn't work for the first few days.

Really loverly house with a fantastic location. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 children and our mothers. Plenty of room to spread out and everything in the house we needed. We loved the cinema room and the pool. Great location to the I4 and loverly complex with the clubhouse. Great communication with owner. Already planning our next trip and hope to stay here again in the future.

Family Spacious Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spacious home for nine days. It was a total of nine family members. We enjoyed the theater room and pool the most!! Especially the kids. There were a few maintenance issues that came up. But the property manager was prompt to respond each time. He even came over to assess, fix or call a professional. We appreciated the customer service. My only suggestion would be for the property manager to inspect the home at least once a month for broken or missing items. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it stay. We’re highly recommend!!

Our family of 11 had an amazing stay! From the theatre room to the pool and the game room there was always something to keep us engaged in fun! The beds are comfy which was a plus. The A.C. met all expectations. Last but not least every room have a TV (nice size) in it. I would recommend to all thanks again!!!

Beware of bedbugs

The house was spacious and roomy, however, one of our guests developed an itchy rash and what looked like small bites and then we found a live crawling bedbug! We also reported a broken dishwasher and we were told it would be checked after we check out. One of the guests cut their wrist on broken glass when the dishwasher rack fell out. We reached out multiple times with no response. It wasn’t until I called the emergency contact number when we found the bedbug that we received a response. The homeowner will only give a partial refund, which is absurd. I then had to relocate in the middle of the night and come up with full payment for a new property, which was unacceptable. Deeply disappointing experience

Clean, Updated and Quiet

Fourth year staying in Champions Gate and finally found the perfect spot! This house was great - clean, updated and great location if you don't want to contend with the main gate. Host was easy to work with and accommodating with our simple requests. Was very nice not having to worry about staples - laundry soap, bathroom essentials and cleaning products. Towels and bedding were good quality. Grill was brand new and easy to use. Will recommend to family and friends. If we are in the area again - would definitely rent again!

Family Holiday Get Away

Great place for a family reunion. Central location to Orlando attractions, dining and shopping. Easy to get to off US27 or I4.We had a party of 16 in the home for 4 nights. We had plenty of space and room to spread out. The Kitchen was well equipped and laid out to accommodate a large crowd. The heated pool was a major highlight for all.
