Living space

The open living area sets the tone with a sofa seating six, a TV ready for movie nights, and a dining table where the group can gather after a full day out. Step through to one of two private balconies - one off the living room, one from the master suite - and let the Florida air do its work. Room-darkening shades, air conditioning, and heating mean you're comfortable whatever the weather.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds. The master suite offers a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the third room has two twin beds - a practical setup for kids or travelling companions. Extra pillows, blankets, bed linens, and room-darkening shades are included throughout.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts before the parks to full family dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, and a hot water kettle. A dining table and initial supplies - including dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels - are all ready on arrival.

 

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms serve the condo, with bathtubs, hot water, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel provided. The master en-suite gives the primary bedroom its own private space.

 

In-unit extras

A dedicated laundry room with both washer and dryer is a genuine asset for longer stays.
