Upon check in, the room lights were on and the room was cold. We tried to adjust the thermostat, evidently that evening we turned the thermostat off and the cold air continued blow. I had to call to have it serviced, I received a text that stated "I chose to vacate the unit" which was never discussed. I asked them to fix the problem. They sent someone in and they left the closet unlock showing they had just turned off the HVAC unit instead of repairing it.There was mold in the corner of the bathroom sink counter. The sheets were stained. The fridge did not keep food cold, causing us to lose food we had purchased for the week. There was trash everywhere in the hallways. The door to the pool was busted, demeaning it to be unsafe.On our final night, we were awaken by the fire alarm. There was NOT an active light for the alarm in the room so this room does NOT comply with ADA regulations. If I could have written this review without a star, I would have. Absolutely a crap stay!
