Incredible 12 bedroom & 12 bathroom combined villas in an upscale resort close to all theme parks. Marble countertops, 10ft & 9ft chandeliers, new appliances, heated pools, and free WiFi. Includes 2 private pools and 2 private hot tubs.

Combined rooms can sleep over 30 people!
There are NO POOL HEAT fees, NO PARKING fees, and NO RESORT fees!

The resort provides a gym, volleyball court, mini golf course, arcade, games, gift shop, community pool, cabanas, etc. Open 9am-8pm daily.

The houses are located 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 35 minutes from Universal. Many malls and shopping areas are nearby. 1hr to beaches.

There is no grill at the houses but you can certainly bring your own. The community has outdoor charcoal grills.

The twin villas had enough room for my family. Both were nicely decorated with all amenities. We had a very nice stay for Thanksgiving. Danny was a great host!!! Any concerns were addressed promptly

Sadly, neither property live up to the images or descriptions. Our property was dirty & neglected with lots of damage to fixtures and fittings & items mentioned in the listing either absent or broken. There was one high chair & one vacuum cleaner shared between both houses & no mop, ironing board, stair gate or children’s tableware in either house. There was only one hairdryer, despite the listing claiming to have a hairdryer in each of the 10 bathrooms. Our property had 4 cups (2 of which were cracked and leaked) a small random selection of glassware, 3 forks, a broken toaster, and no electric kettle. The kitchen cupboard doors & corners of the kickboards were ingrained with grease & dirt. The canopy on one of the sun loungers was ripped in several places, the en-suite bathroom had not been cleaned, half our sofa was broken & in the garage When we arrived there was a yellow scum on the swimming pool & within a few days the water turned green and the pool could not be used for 5 days before the issues were finally resolved. The pool next door was so hot it couldn’t be used for 2 days too. When we reported the issues to the owner he did send the pool guy, provided 2 hairdryers, 2 high chairs, plastic glasses to use around the pool, a new toaster, electric kettle, cutlery & 2 mops and buckets. However, some of his communications with us were rude & aggressive, threatening us with a bad review when all were trying to do was have the basics you’d expect in a property.

Annual Family Trip

The A/C was out for the first two and half days in one of the properties. The manager said that he he send someone over the first couple days, but it didn’t happen until the third day. He stated that he would do a partial refund, but has stopped communicating without doing the partial refund. Needless to say that we won’t be staying there again. Two nights sleeping without a A/C is unacceptable during June in Florida.

Family Vacation

My family & I had a wonderful stay at these properties. The houses are exactly as advertised and very well furnished. The space was great for my family group of 18 and location perfect. The host Danny was easy to liaise with from beginning to end. I would definitely stay at this accommodation again!

Stunning houses!

We had such an amazing and memorable time at these gorgeous houses! We came all the way from Wisconsin, Illinois, and Texas and he let us check in a few hours early which was so kind! I don't really have any complaints. He would message me throughout our stay just to make sure we had everything we needed and that there weren't any issues with either of the houses. The master bedroom and bathroom were PHENOMENAL and the outdoor pool areas had plenty of room for everyone to hang out! Love love love this stay! I would highly recommend this place for anyone with large groups!
