• PARKING Parking is free.
Commercial vehicles nor RVs are allowed in the resort.
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the brown bin daily to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
• POOL HEATER -Cost: $35 per day. -Minimum: 2 consecutive days. -Temperature will not exceed 95F. -Must be requested 48h in advance. -Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

Disney vacation
House was beautiful and met all of our expectations . Private heated pool was a definite plus and the resort pools were very nice . We had plenty of room for the three couples and two children . Check in was very easy . We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back ! Great location for Disney vacation

Kitchen Not very well equipped. Nice house.
The house is very nice, as shown in pictures. As it is a 10 people house you would expect to have pans big enough. Not the case. The table ware is enough though. The BBq is extra paid and the first day was dirty and the person who came to clean it left the gas tube open so it was dangerous and couldn’t use it. We paid also extra for the heating of the pool. The first days worked perfect but the last 2 days went cold and we weren’t able to use it. Someone was suppose to come and didn’t and when I asked for the refund for the last 2 days they told me it was hot enough. 🤷🏻♀️
The house is near Disney but far from de shopping area and traffic is heavy.

Not at all as we hoped
The house “looks” like it would be nice from pictures and at first view, then upon entry we noticed- cockroaches immediately, a broken refrigerator, little to no kitchen supplies, broken towel bar and toilet roll holders in multiple bathrooms, no heat in the pool despite requesting this twice prior to arrival (it was broken), the kitchen faucet leaked all over the counter whenever in use, cracked dishes, grass growing around the pool, shower heads that barely worked, broken air hockey table…. I could go on and on.
We contacted management only to be told on the last day they would come fix it and no one ever showed up. Despite multiple emails- still to this moment, they are asking what the problems were. All had been reported in writing.
I do NOT recommend this home!! BUYER BEWARE!!

A few things
We tucked a board under one side of the frig as it was unstable when you opened the door. Definitely a safety issue. There was scotch tape on the wall from previous visitors apparently. Kitchen items very limited for serious cooking.
It was nice to have ping pong table in garage but couldn't find and paddles or ping pong balls.
Stove hood fan didn't work. Light bulb dead in master bedroom night stand lamp.
The home serviced our family adequately.

Suggest adding mattress covers to beds, washcloths for guests, doing some extra cleaning of shower drains, air returns, adjusting the refrigerator, cleaning of the patio and pool area. Improved communication with property mgmt would be helpful as well.

Issues with the Prop. Mngt Team
The WiFi connection was not working, so the TVs did not work. We could not use our laptops because of the WiFi issue. The bathroom toilet malfunctioned on the first floor. After leaving several voice messages and emails, we received NO response from the Property Mngt team. I even left a message on the Emergency Line. No response. I called first thing Monday morning was told by the rudest customer service agent that there were no messages left by us, and that there was nothing to be done because we are checking out today. Seeing that I was getting no where with this woman, I asked to speak with a Manager. The agent refused my request three times. I had to tell her that I was not getting off the phone until a manager spoke with me. 40 minutes later I spoke with Vivian where I had to send her screen shots of my outgoing phone calls to the and emails sent to the property management office. Apparently they had some system malfunction where my communication was going into their spam folder. Another issue I had with check in was location the address and acces to the property. After calling 10 times and emailing them, I finally get a response saying that information was in the contract agreement I signed. I signed that document six months ago. It takes two seconds to send an email the day of check in with that information versus looking back to emails given six months ago.
