This amazing vacation home has just been built and furnished by a famous local interior designer. The property has a private pool, a covered lanai, a sun deck, a full-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom (3 bedrooms) has its bathroom and a tv. All Tv's are wifi connected to enhance your experience. Bedroom 1: king with ensuite and private deck to enjoy the sunset & sunrise. Bedroom 2: Queen with private bathroom located on the first floor. Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed (2 twins) & full bed with private bathroom perfect for the kids. On top of it, you get complimentary access to the fantastic clubhouses and its amenities: gym, game room, heated pool and spa, kids playground -*Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Overall the VRBO was nice. The major drawbacks were it was 30 minutes to Disney (without traffic) not 15, as advertised. In addition, they kept restting the air to 84. We set it at 74 and every morning it would automatically reset to 84.When were getting ready in the mornings we were sweating until I started to figure out they were resetting it remotely. It was like living with a cheap relative and there was a war over the thermostat everytime I left the room. Not fun when you are thinking about a million other things and rushing to get ready for the day!
