Excelente alojamiento

Me pareció muy bien. Tal cual como se ve en la foto del anuncio. Las camas son muy cómodas y todo funcionando. La atención del sr Collado también excelente respondió a mis inquietudes a tiempo. Sin duda volvería a esta casa.

Fantastic experience for our family of seven!

We really enjoyed the stay here, for so many reasons. Very smooth check in process to start. And also, if you consider yourself a responsible adult that can follow directions, then you won't get stranded at the gate as other reviewers have complained about. You simply need to provide the manager your info in advance, and you can get right through the front gate without issue.We as parents had our own bedrooms, and the kids had three other bedrooms to share - with plenty of room to spread out. The place was kept pristinely clean. No parking issues whatsoever, and being only 10m or so from Disneyworld was a huge plus for transportation, as we had rented a vehicle.We had a packed schedule so we only visited the resort pool once, but the kids enjoyed that - with the lazy river and plenty more to do. Water slides were closed at the time, but wasn't a big deal. Overall a great experience, and a tremendous value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

Pool not working

Overall the house was great. They won we get there at the swimming pool is not circulating in there scum on the top we call the property manager and he said he was going to get someone to look after Day for somebody comes to look at it and informs us. The pump is not working and going to get fixed. We were there for eight days. The pool did not get fixed. The kids did not get to swim the entire time we were there. This is why we’re giving such a low rating very disappointing having to walk to the community pool every day with the kids

Great experience and space

Good location. Closer to Disney than Universal but great experience. Nice sized rooms and updated throughout. Owner communicated quickly when we did not get our check in information. Appreciated that. Recommend.

Disappointed

Most Importantly - The front door would not lock from outside. So, when we would leave, we had an open front door. The furniture was stained and chipped up. We paid for heated pool and on 3rd day the heater stopped working so did not get to use pool or grill. The location was great, the amenities were great too. The neighbors next door had little ones running back and forth and up and down the steps all day and night. No noise proofing whatsoever.

Great location

Host is very quick to respond to questions or requests. Check in process is seamless. And best of all of you're going for a Disney vacation like we were, there is nothing closer to the parks. Weather was cold during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the waterpark or pool as much as we would have liked but they were beautiful.Definitely worth booking!

Clean but Outdated

This place looks nicer in the listing. The living room furniture was leather and cracked, it was peeling off. The skillets are scratched which is extremely unhealthy and toxic to cook with. The heater for the pool wasnt working so we couldnt swim in the pool, thank God for the waterpark in the community which was amazing,it saved our trip. Water pressure in one of the showers was terrible. You have to pay extra for the bbq,50 and 45 a day for pool heater. It was clean but needs to be updated.

The house is in a good location, close to the market, outlet malls and theme parks. It has a great club house which made for a nice rest day between going to the theme parks. Family trip to Disney and Universal

Great location and very comfortable. Slept great. The only difficulty was the gate at the entrance was a little touchy in reading the pass we received. We were not the only ones having difficulty with this as there was many times a line of cars attempting to get in through the gate. Otherwise the property was great and beds comfortable. Had a great time.

Great location, rental was not as advertised

Overall, the description and pictures of this rental did not match what was advertised in VRBO. It indicated that it was a brand new unit but it is older and very worn. Furniture was missing or damaged and it really needs a deep cleaning. We had several issues that we reported to the owner (management company). Responses were usually quick but most of our issues were not resolved during our stay. Good: Great location for area attractions Kitchen and appliances were new and in nice condition Large TVs throughout with great cable and streaming services included Full size Washer and Dryer worked great Community pool was heated and really nice (food and drinks were available) Pool towels were provided in unit Overall Community felt safe Bad: There was a strong old/musty smell when we arrived We had to open the windows for several hours to air it out. Heavily worn and buckling carpeting on stairs and bedrooms Missing/damaged furniture Broken bench sat in front yard for days before finally picked it up (after multiple requests) The closest entry/exit gate is not supported as part of the rental. They want you to drive all the way around to the main entrance instead. Downstairs shower door leaked Loud creaking noises in upstairs tub and hallway Water tank only set to warm and ran out quickly

Stay was decent but few minor issues

Few things at the property were damaged like the bench by the pool side. The communication numbers like the ones on whatsapp were not reachable. I tried reaching on 2 numbers. The main gate entry is a bit chaotic as the gate is close the walk-in gates are also closed. They need to resolve this issue and work with the community to organize it. The House itself can feel a bit cramed. it has 1 king bed room with attached bathroom, 1 Queen bed. 2 single beds and 2 baby beds. the movement space inside is not much especially in the 2nd floor.

I originally rented one location was later told that the locations AC was not working and that we were going to be moved to another one. I was sent the instructions and address to the wrong location and after we were already settled in I was told that we were at the wrong location. We were no longer there. We had gone out. We didn’t get home until later that night and had to move everything over to a different site. The one that we were moved to also had AC issue we all slept super uncomfortable and hot. It seemed worse than our original one. The couch was broken and the lights in the master bedroom upstairs were all out except for one. The bathroom one were the toilet is located was also out. I reached out to the host through the VRBO website, and all I got was a thank you for letting us know reply, which is very unprofessional and resolved nothing. This whole weekend has been a complete inconvenience. Customer service is also horrible. They take long to reply and avoid your phone calls. I was told I was gonna be compensated for one of the nights and it has yet to be done, my emails have been ignored and when I call I get the run around. Look for somewhere else to stay and save yourself the hassle!

Beautiful Space, Super Clean

Loved this place. It was spotless and very organized. Had hangers, plenty of towels, tissue paper in each bathroom. Also wine glasses and wven a rice cooker. Pool and game room were awesome as well. Loved our stay.
