The house had ample room for everyone, and the location was great - easy access to UVU campus.. However, much of the experience was less than par compared to other places we have stayed. It felt like the host did the minimum. While we are not "expert VRBO people", and we are pretty easy to please, here are the things that could use improvement:* Beds were poor. Very uncomfortable. In addition, the "comforters" on each bed weren't really comforters, they were more like a second sheet. Plus, there were no extra blankets in the house, so we were chilly.* Many VRBOs have a simple binder with instructions in the kitchen or living area that include staying instructions, tips/reminders, the wifi login in, the checkout process, etc, which is very helpful. This did not have anything such to refer to. Everything was sent via one text before arrival, besides checkout info. Checkout instructions are not sent until 4pm the day before so you don't know what to expect. This can be easily remedied. I did contact the host the day before, asking about checkout, and he responded quickly with the info.* Landscaping maintenance was very poor. We don't need fancy landscaping, but when all of us notice the number weeds immediately, it sends a message about how "kempt" the home inside will be. Overall, I don't believe it was worth the money we paid. I was disappointed. I believe the host could remedy these issues and make it a more pleasant experience.
