Old, dilapidated, disgusting.

The manager was rude. Our key did not work and went back 3 times for her to fix. It turned out that there was an issue with the door and had to switch rooms. No apology...nothing. Smell was rancid curry! Yuk! Avoid this place. But the housekeeper was nice and friendly.

Property had no hot water at check-in. Owner told me “you don't need hot water because the weather is hot.” I demanded a refund but the owner declined to refund my money! There was a police vehicle at the property. Very poor customer service.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, but warm water was not working during my stay. We weren't able to use indoor Jacuzzi which was unfortunate since we paid extra. Hopefully it was temporary.

Check in was unpleasant. Had to do it outside a glass window and attendant was in his underwear. Only receipt was from credit card company. Room had smoke detector removed. Bugs in the lights and bathtub. AC had exposed wires to turn it on. Mirror on ceiling was tacky. Worst stay of my life
