This was a fantastic stay! The walk to the beach was very manageable, and having a traffic light to cross made it feel especially safe and convenient. We loved being so close to the state park and took full advantage of the beautiful walking trails.The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, which made it perfect for unwinding. The house itself was very comfortable for our large family, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.The host truly made this experience exceptional, very communicative and incredibly helpful with dining recommendations. Quite possibly the best host we have ever had. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in this beautiful house. Whe we had a minor issue, the host was super responsive and went above and beyond to help! Location was very accessible to the beach- we were able to walk there every day. Neighborhood was quiet but super accessible to everything you want to do in Orange beach. We also really enjoyed the restaurants that are within walking distance. Highly recommend, especially if you have a large group. We loved having en-suite bathrooms in each room.

The house was great! Bedrooms are perfectly tailored for guests. We loved the kids rooms! The backyard allowed our littles to play in the sand right outside the back door! The state park access was perfect for bike rides and nature walks. The house is in the perfect neighborhood and in a great location.

Excellent stay at Turquoise Tailwinds

The check in process was seamless. The house was spacious. Very clean and well kept property. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings and it is a short walk to the beach. We truly enjoyed this home and we will be back next year!

Fun for everyone

To begin with, the home was lovely and very well appointed. Plenty of space for all and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was wonderful. We not only enjoyed our short walks to the beach, but also took advantage of the pool and walking trails. I would recommend this house for any large groups heading to the beach!

Perfection in OB

We had 11 guests, and this place was perfect! Sparkling clean and and a great location near all things Orange Beach but also easily accessible to Gulf Shoes. Heather was a remarkable hostess, with regular checkins and quick to respond to any questions. The only thing we wish we had was access to a hot tub. Bring a few extra supplies, such as trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. I would absolutely stay again!

Perfect stay!

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The house was immaculate, close to the beach, and right around the corner from the pool. The back porch was out hot spot as my husband utilized the grill on a few occasions. We can’t wait to head back that way and look forward to making more memories.

Great Property!

This home is beautiful and was exactly as portrayed on the website. We had 7 adults and this property fit our needs perfectly. It was wonderful having our entire adult family together for a sibling vacation with everything we needed at our fingertips. We had one minor issue with the icemaker not producing, but one text and a tech was there the next morning. You might want to buy a bag of ice because this refrigerator/freezer model only makes eight ice cubes every two hours. Our temporary home was clean, beautiful, had all the amenities needed, and was comfortable. Thank you so much for providing a ‘home away from home’ so that we could spend quality time together. We would book this again. It was fantastic!

Family Vacation

Great home! Finally one with sofas that were clean and not stained! Very well equipped and the set up was perfect for our family. Grand daughters enjoyed fenced in back area for sand play. Lots of beach equipment and bicycles in great condition! Did I forget to mention--lots of beach towels! The side porch stayed shaded and was a favorite gathering area! This is our 5th time staying in this area and could not be a better family friendly location. Just wish we could have used the larger pool at neighboring community.

Turquoise Tailwind

The property is a great property with the need for space for 12+ people mixed with children. Location has brought us to this neighborhood multiple times. You have privacy mixed with easy beach access. Amenities were great with some extras you don’t often get with bike access and an enclosed yard. We easily parked two vehicles and our golf cart rental. Private beach access is great and the private pool is a great pool. All you need to enjoy and relax. We highly recommend Turquoise Tailwind.

Beautiful beach house

We loved staying at Turquoise Tailwinds. The house is beautiful and clean. It was an easy walk to the beach and is also surrounded by miles of well kept walking trails. We would definitely return.

Property manager was very responsive.

Everything we could have wished for was there. Each bedroom had a private bath. Fully stocked kitchen, 13 bikes and everything needed for the beach including beach towels. We have 12 people total and everyone had a comfortable bed. Short walk to the beach, close to serval grocery stores and restaurants. We will be back. This place was spotless. Back yard bbq and fire pit was a bonus and we loved the side deck. Thank you!!

The Good and the Not So Good...

Nicely decorated, not as clean as you might want. Walls could use some touch ups and cloth furniture is worn and stained in places. Dusty baseboards. Outdoor cushions in rough shape/stained, not a good first impression coming in. No access to storage area as promised. It's a hike to the beach, about .7 miles across a busy highway, but the traffic lights provide safe, easy access. One pool for several houses, sometimes packed! Beds not as comfy as some, gross stuff on one of the bedroom walls. I spoke with mgt afterward and they were slightly apologetic and asked why we didn't call earlier. You don't want to call for every little thing and it took time to discover it all. Not overall our best vaca experience, but it is a lovely home and if the housekeeping issues are addressed, it will be a nice property again. Oh, they are serious about limited parking! Three cars max will fit at the property, but it's close to the pool, and you can park there.
