The condo and the grounds were wonderful, everything was very clean and extremely accommodating. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to access. Check-in was a little challenging as I failed to see the sign at the office in front of the lobby explaining to call security upon check-in. Had I seen that it would’ve been fine, but some more attention grabbing signage would be helpful!

Great place to stay!

This property is so nice. We loved that we were able to park right on the level with our room. So no waiting on elevators. The weight room was right there, so my son and husband got to use it easily. The view was nice (though slightly blocked by a palm tree which is not the fault of the condo owner.) We LOVED the pool. The lazy river was EVERYTHING. Even though we are used to renting condos that are directly on the beach, it didnt take long to get to a beach that we have been too. The only negatives: We were told to go straight to our condo, but we later found out we were supposed to go straight to security to check in. The advertisement on vrbo showed a sliding board (which was part of the reason we chose the condo). It was removed a couple of years ago, but no one seemed to be able to tell us this (not the management company or security). The ad needs to be updated. Lastly, the listing says sleeps 6, but there is only bathroom access for those sleeping in the bedrooms. My 10yr old daughter and her friend would have to go through my 17yo sons room or our room. Overall, the negatives would not outweigh the positives! Great weekend!

The condo was in a convenient location with a beautiful view! Super clean and had everything we needed for a great week! We especially enjoyed the lazy tiver!

Great Hideaway

The condo is immaculate. Furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped. It felt extremely comfortable. My children enjoyed the pools and lazy river. Staff on site was extremely friendly and helpful, and liquid life rentals online staff was very responsive. We had trouble checking in the unit, and it was a bit laborious to correct, as the door lock key wasn't programmed correctly, but the online staff was courteous and corrected the problem online somehow. The marvel of technology. One of my favorite aspects of this condo for me, the dad, is that the parking garage connects directly to your floor if you park on that deck, meaning no wait times for elevators if you didn't mind driving up three decks, which I didn't. The location is nice as you have all the amenities of the bay, great views, access to a small and pleasant beach, but don't have the extreme traffic that is always present on beach road. Overall, I would stay at this location again.

I finally could relax

I was so excited to take this vacation and the condo was so clean and wonderful I finally relaxed. I praise God for hosts like this! Beautiful view, quiet home, perfectly clean. It was all just bliss! We will be back next year!

Short and sweet.

Our stay at the Phoenix on the Bay 2 was awesome,we had a great time.The only thing I would complain about is that the pictures that they have on the website are old, because we picked this place because of the slide in the pool area ,and the little light house that's on the property,but the slide is no longer there and the light house is locked up with a chain on the doors.And when I asked the security guard about the light house he said the owners have a key ,but no one else is allowed in there.And that's one of the reasons we booked that particular condo in the first place.So maybe update your pictures on the website. but no one else when I aslide is longthere
