Lovely property

This is a spacious and well decorated condo. My only criticism is that there is no hair dryer at the three bedroom property and no hair dryer offered by the management company. It was also missing potholders and using the oven with a dishcloth was less than ideal. With some very inexpensive additions, this property would be perfect.

Girls trip- Rocking chairs

This was a girls trip 2 friends (70+ years old ) & myself. This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. One had just finished chemo. What they loved most was the balcony with rocking chairs, they had their morning coffee and late evening talks on it. The condo was beautiful, decorated very nice & each bedroom had 1 king bed in each room which was another favorite. The condo just met all of our needs & we will be back !

Turquoise Place 905C

We always love staying at Turquoise Place. We love the property for our family. Overall the stay was wonderful. Two things that I think the room should include: -A new bed in the master bedroom. That bed was terrible and I would have been upset if there wasn’t another king to sleep in. We didn’t even use that bed outside of our kids napping. -instructions on how to use the new hot tubs. They come with the sleep setting programmed in. I had to YouTube how to get that setting removed to get the heat up on the hot tub. We would stay here again. Clean unit with a great layout. Kids loved the bunk room.

Disappointment at Turquoise Place

We have stayed in a variety of units over the past decade, and have loved them all. This one left so much to be desired. The hot tub was drained and “waiting on a part” to arrive, then the “wrong part was ordered”. The hot tub is one of our favorite parts of TP! Upon arrival, we noticed a horrible smell from the fridge, and once we loaded our weeks worth of groceries we realized the fridge was not cooling properly and we had to throw out the majority of our purchased food, and couldn’t bring home restaurant leftovers. Maintenance came the day after we called and said someone specific for the fridge repair would be out Monday. We assume no one came- our fridge was broken the entire visit. In addition to these broken appliances, there was a clump of hair in the master shower, the latch to the master patio door was broken, the grill was worn and temp gauge was shattered, and the carpets all had stains and looked worn and dirty. This is NOT our typical review or experience at Turquoise Place. You’d be better suited staying in a different unit. Despite these disappointments at premium price, we managed to enjoy our time on the actual beach and using the building facilities.

Great location and great place!

Great property and excellent complex. We really enjoyed the lazy river, sauna, steam room! The hot tub on the balcony wasn't working which was a bummer and the kitchen didn't have a lot of utensils or dish towels. But overall great place!

Turquoise Place 803C

Turquoise Place is really wonderful. One of the few (if only) places with your own private hot tub and gas grill on the balcony. We have stayed at TP before and love it. This year there were a couple of shortcomings we experienced in this unit. First, the hot tub didn’t work. We were notified on Thursday afternoon before our Saturday arrival of the potential issue and that a part was ordered but there was no ETA. We were hoping it would be resolved during our stay, but it wasn’t. The balcony hot tub and grill are 2 of the main reasons we choose TP. When we inquired about an adjustment for no hot tub, we were told that the working amenities are not guaranteed and there would be no adjustment. Seems ridiculous since you pay a premium for these amenities. Secondly, the gas grill wouldn’t light, so I took out the grates to see what was wrong. This grill has to be the original grill from 2009. Honestly it should be replaced. It works, but takes some tinkering to get it to light because the burner tubes are completely corroded. There were some other minor things indicative of a unit rented a lot and not maintained to the standard we experienced in the past @ TP. Long and short of it is we still love Turquoise Place, but will be more selective of the unit we choose and the property manager we go thru. Just as Liquid Life cannot guarantee things work and will not make an adjustment, I can guarantee we won’t rent from them again. We were disappointed with their lack of customer service response.

The hot tub was empty the whole time and no one could fix it. The condo wasn’t that clean and didn’t have very many kitchen utensils. But other than that it was fine.

Beautiful View

Turquoise Place is a beautiful facility with great amenities. The pool areas are comfortable and the bar is conveniently located. The unit was clean upon arrival, but not as well-equipped as we expected. The kitchen had only one kitchen/dish towel and no plastic glasses. Also, the master bedroom has a very small closet. The balcony is crowded with 4 rocking chairs and one large table, which makes it difficult to walk around.

Turquoise Place is great just not this unit

We arrived after a long drive hoping to relax in the hot tub. It wasn’t on and did not work so we tried the jacuzzi tub and there was not enough hot water in over an hour to fill the tub and the TV did not work in the bathroom anyway. So I laid on the couch and the TV worked in the living room but of course the fireplace did not. They text the next morning at 10 AM asking if everything was OK so I text back at 10:02. By this time we had reset the breaker to the hot tub and got it working. This line was supposed to be monitored 24/7 but they did not text back until after 3 o’clock and responded with they would enter a work order. The man came around four and I didn’t even hear him knock I just heard him come in and yell. He was not professional or someone that I expected to show up but he did fix the TV in the bathroom. He said the fireplace is missing the remote so it doesn’t work. He was not very knowledgeable. We left and when we returned that night the hot tub had shut off again and showed a message and would never turn back on. The condo itself was nice as we have stayed here before but not the same unit or the same owner. The floors were sandy when we arrived.

Great location, unit was ok but many issues during trip

When we arrived, our key cards did not even work and we had to have the security guard let us in the condo. We did not receive replacement key cards until the next morning which was a huge inconvenience. Then the next morning we noticed the kitchen sink had a leak that was spilling onto the kitchen floor whenever we turned the faucet on. I notified the property manager and they had a plumber come fix it that day (but we questioned why a condo at this price point would have a leak in the first place). Then it became evident the unit was not maintained very well: -Master bath jacuzzi did not work at all -Master bath TVs did not work -Washing machine had a layer of filth in it when we first used it -Outdoor jacuzzi water was light green (dirty) and had a weird odor, not to mention it was not staying hot. On top of that a carpet cleaning crew randomly stop by and disturb our vacation. They said we ordered the service (which we did not). I will say the electronics were nicely updated in the unit and the furniture seemed relatively new. But I won't be staying in this unit again that's for sure. And I will not be getting a unit that is managed by this property manager.

We loved the condo! We stayed at The Turquoise before in another unit where the bbq pit and hot wasn't working. Everything here was working properly ie the hot tub! We would highly recommend #803c

Nice quick getaway

The unit is very clean, well stocked and everything worked as advertised including the hot tub. A lot of refurb and updating going on at Turquoise but that's certainly expected for this time of year. Continues to be a great place to relax.
