We stayed Fri-Sunday. Check-in was late. It took a min to get a response on why we hadn’t received our check-in information. When we arrived at 4, cleaning crew was still in the room (which we understood). The cleaning crew let us in before we ever received our entrance info. I spoke with management/owner who was super kind and apologized. Gave me the code for the door over the phone. We will see if they issue a credit for late check in. We spent most of our time on the balcony or at the beach. Another occupant gave us the pool code (never received this communication from management) so luckily they were kind otherwise we would have issues getting in. Ease of access to the beach was a huge perk. The pool was nice and warm as well. In general, we enjoyed our stay. I would, however, suggest some upgrade recommendations: -The sofa bed needs a new mattress (you can feel the coils and the bar underneath)- the outlets in the single bedroom do not support whatever you’re plugging in so we had to charge things in the bathroom -we moved the coffee pot to the outlet by the sink to get it to work For the total we paid including fees, we will likely stay somewhere else next time
