Amazing Family Stay

Fun Time at Orange Beach

Unique location with private beach and pier. Location convient to attractions . Big Mike’s Steakhouse is a great place to eat. Publix grocery store was close. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Fit

We had the best trip to Orange Beach staying at The Four Seasons of Romar Beach! Everything was close by and easy to navigate! We especially loved the pier! We will absolutely be returning as soon as possible!

What a great vacation!

This was a wonderful condo! It was so close to the restaurants and grocery stores. The pier was fantastic. Pools were perfect temperatures and not crowded. We plan on booking again in spring!

If you haven’t stayed here, you’re missing out!

The condo was immaculate and had breathtaking views. It was right on the beach. The complex was safe and secure. Also, it had a pool. Close proximity to restaurants, shops, and museums. Highly recommend this property!

Good location, needs a new toaster, other items were great and just what we needed, indoor pool needs to be heated, parking lot needs re configured for bigger trucks and SUV’s.

Such a nice and comfortable place!

We loved this place! It’s beautifully decorated and clean. It’s so close to the beach, we were able to go back and forth easily (even with an infant!). The property was so quiet and wasn’t crowded at all. We were usually the only ones in the pool! The property managers were easy to reach whenever we had questions. The rooms are a great size and each has its own bathroom which was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect condo

We loved staying at Four Seasons Romar Beach. Unit 301E was super clean, well equipped, safe and secure and comfy beds and linens. The project is small so the building and beach wasn’t too crowded. Condo Pier was awesome! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommended! We will definitely book again

Great Family Vacation

We chose this listing because of the sleeping arrangements and the reviews. There were a few things we disliked - the super small parking lot, we weren’t able to purchase a second parking pass, etc, but the pier and the beach more than made up for the things we didn’t like. We emailed the host if we had a problem, and they were very responsive. The use of the pier was a definite plus. The beach was convenient and way more quiet and less crowded than other places. We will definitely book here again in the future.

Family Vacation at the Beach

Nice. Location was great, pool was nice. The washing machine would not work, and the remote to the TV in the Living room wouldn’t work (so no family TV night). The dishes were dirty when we arrived, and we noticed the elevator inspection was expired over 3 months. But, we had a great time.

Love this condo and location

This is a great condo and location. Love this spot on the beach. Also this condo has a private pier which is great for fishing. Fun to watch dolphins from the condo while drinking coffee in the morning. This unit feels pretty spacious and is a great for a large family. 3 great bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are awesome too. The condo was very clean and management was great to work with and made check in/out easy. They were always available for questions or super quick to respond. Definitely a great find and I would stay in this unit again.

Spring Break

Overall a nice place to stay and spacious. There were a couple issues one was extra parking pass we paid for not available at condo with other pass. We had to go and pick up at rental property. The other issue was an already broke box springs we had to sleep on for a couple nights. Property management did bring new one .

The property was amazing, slight inconvenience of being asked to leave so the property could be shown to a potential buyer, master bedroom, in addition to one of the other bedroom doors not locking leaving no privacy, only other issue was only one elevator on property was working which meant long waits or carrying luggage up and down the steps. Overall the condo was amazing, and other than a few hiccups we enjoyed ourselves and will stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WOW!!! This condo is absolutely beautiful and pure perfection. The condo has ample seating for the entire family in the living room which can be hard to find in the area. The furniture is comfy - even the beds! With 3 bathrooms no one was fighting for shower space or a potty. We even took multiple showers at the same time and had plenty of hot water. Loved the water pressure too - helped get the sand out of hair. The large bathtub in the Master is perfect for bathing the kids after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, this one was not crowded at all! The pier is awesome. The pool may be on the smaller side but with a smaller complex we never had any issues and were usually the only ones down there. What we loved so much were the open spaces. We have a daughter with a physical disability and she had plenty of room to move around in this condo and lots of room in the living room to play. Completely accessible for those needing that type of accommodation. The kids room was perfect. Gosh, everything was just SO NICE! We will be back! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need - except a pasta spoon (you know the one to spoon out spaghetti) but we made do with the other utensils in the kitchen. Also loved that a vacuum was left and accessible to the renters, I go crazy with sand everywhere so it was nice to vacuum throughout the week. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us, well done on a fabulous rental!

Four Seasons is my Favorite Condo in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in both 704W and 902E in the past with 902E being he best Condo of the 3 I have stayed. 301E has been the least favorite so far. The door to the balcony in the master BR doesn't open. The Kitchen ware was lacking, there was only 1 small stainless steel skillet with scratches that made it difficult to clean. Other than that and the west elevator being out of level and at times out of order and the gate defective closure on the pier almost cause a serious accident going through. I didn't report it, but someone must have because it was replaced the next day.

Spring Break 2022

Very clean and spacious condo with a great location to restaurants and stores. Four Seasons has its own pier and beach access. Security checked cars as they entered the property which made us feel safe/secure. Beach was clean and beautiful. Definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Plenty of room for a family of 5. Great location, clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful beach & lots of closet space. All appliances worked well and beds and couches were comfortable. Downfalls: The Indoor pool was cold and we never did find the sauna! Also took us awhile to remember all the different codes for the gates.
