Awesome place to stay in Orange beach!

We stayed here for spring break with high school boys. We went with another family who rented their own condo in this complex. Altogether, we had four teenage boys. They had a blast playing pickleball, volleyball, basketball and we brought spike ball. They met other teens here as well on break, they all were good kids and enjoyed some freedom playing pickleball at night. This 10th floor unit was clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Be sure to close the door tightly, it didn’t always latch if you let it close on its own. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was a great condo at a complex with lots to do to keep the kids busy. It felt very safe, I was able to jog in the mornings alone with no safety concerns. Do not hesitate to book here.

Former college roommates' annual trip to Orange Beach. First time we've staying in this unit. It was so spacious and decorated perfectly. Great location. Randy responded quickly. We would stay there again.

Was very worried about this stay because we have never booked with liquid life before, but they are were amazing. I messaged them through Vrbo several times and heard back almost instantly. We had something that needed to be fixed and they came by and got it fixed in no time! I was very happy with the condo it looked just as pictured!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and immaculate condition of the condo. Fall Break

Overall the condo was great. Check-in was a bit longer than I had hoped for. We werent able to get into the room until after 3:30. The condo was great. Well stocked. All appliances worked great. Smoke detector is a bit sensative! Went off blow drying my hair and every time we open the hot oven. Love being so close to elevator. Front desk was super friendly.

Great place right on the beach

Amazing view of the gulf and Perdido Bay, great location close to everything. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, it was clean. I love being right on the beach, you can see dolphins from the balcony in the morning and evening and watch the crab searchers. Amazing sunsets, couldn't ask for better for our favorite place to vacation. Would definitely stay here again, didn't feel cramped even with 8 people. Some of the kitchen stuff was outdate and didn't match but I'd rather have plenty of dishes and utensils than only some that matched :) Hope to be back next summer!

The condo was clean and the check-in process was easy. The condo is well supplied with kitchen needs and towels and such. The property is in a good location and navigating the property was easy. We would definitely stay again if in town.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay everything was nice and clean. The only thing is if you are planning on using the pull out couch as a bed you might want to bring a air mattress. My 7 year old sit on it and went right through it .. the springs are not good at all and do not hold up .

Not a fan!

We could not check in until “sometime after 3”. I called at 4 pm to check in with the company. Again at 5 pm. Was told multiple times the unit was still being cleaned. Called again at 5:30 and was told the unit would be ready in 30 minutes. At 6:15 I was on the phone with them walking up to see what was going on and there was a worker placing big fans everywhere for a water leak.They did not know about the leak until I informed them about it, or I might still be waiting to check into the condo. We had nowhere else to go because it was Memorial Day weekend.We decided to stay for the night. The master toilet was where the leak was coming from and had to be turned on and off at the base each time it was used.They called the next morning and offered to move us to a different condo in a different city which was not an option for us.No discount was mentioned. It only had 3 beds and would not accommodate us. We assumed the issue would be resolved faster. It was like this until the day before we checked out. The master shower curtain was moldy and the towel rack was falling off the wall. Master lamp was broken and filthy.The fans were loud and blew toenails out from under the furniture. We found blood on the pantry door, dirty plates, and old bacon in a drawer. Chair arms are filthy. It needs a thorough maintenance update and deep cleaning. We were offered 20% but ended up getting about 40%. Should have been 100% and really shouldn’t have had to ask for it in the first place.

We enjoyed it!

The condo was very nice and had plenty of room. We had an enjoyable stay but the parking pass fee is excessive. After paying for three nights, they should be complimentary or at least a lesser amount. Two parking passes were $110.00!!! That is too much! The condo, pool and beach access were all very nice tho.
