Very nice place

The Four Seasons was probably the nicest place we have stayed. The beds were absolutely wonderful and I feel that can make or break your vacation. It was so clean, the security were the nicest folks and the pier was beautiful. We will definitely stay again!!

Very nice Condo.

It was a great place to stay. The condo was up to date & clean . The Water was pretty clear . We got to see sting rays , Sharks & Dolphins up close from the private pier.

Family vacation

Condo has plenty of room and beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Near lots of restaurants in Orange Beach, Gulf shores and Flora Bama. The gym isn’t as nice as pictures show, but usable. Owners were easy to work with and timely in responding to my questions. It was a lovely place to stay with our family of 8.

Private Fishing Pier

This was a great condo for our family trip with 6 young teenage boys who love to fish. The private pier was prefect for them - saw lots of sea turtles & sharks while fishing. The bedrooms were perfect to accommodate all of the boys. The whole condo had been updated & was very nice - especially the kitchen & bathrooms. Nice roomy balcony with this corner unit. Will definitely book here again !

Wonderful

Wonderful- definitely would recommend upgrading your pots pans and cooking utensils. Being just 4 of us that ended up coming it it was fine- but had our larger group come - it would have been difficult to do breakfast with only two small pans. Other than that- everything was great and we will be back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the condo. it was exactly as described and loved having keyless enter. The cleaning people didn’t do very good job still lots sand in floor and had to mop floors they were not clean. Air went out but was fixed when we called rental agent and they checked and gave updated until fixed. Over all we and our grandchildren had wonderful time and would definitely stay again. The location is also a plus close to everything

Spring break

This is a beautiful property! Easy access to the beautiful white sand beaches and a private fishing pier! Breathtaking views of the Gulf! The only recommendations I have for improvement would be the elevators on the property need updated. Frequent breakdowns with people inside and slow running speed. The windows inside our condo that overlook the Gulf need to be cleaned for a better view-very minor inconvenience and understandable with our stay being early spring. We look forward to our next stay!

Everything was wonderfull. Only complaint was internet service. Slow......... at times couldn't even use. I'm old school but when it's the only source you have for communication, it's a biggie.....

My family enjoyed a wonderful mini vacation at this property. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were missing a tv remote in one of the bedrooms so I called and requested one. By the time we returned from dinner, it had been delivered. Very prompt service. Lovely views and great fishing pier added to our enjoyment. The shower water pressure was outstanding. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The a/c worked great, too. The condo elevators are a bit slow but everything else was top notch. We will definitely return to 402A in the future.

The Prefect Place!

This place was perfect for our family! You could tell everything was fresh, new and clean. The picture window in the main living space gave the best open view so even when you were Inside there was no question that you were at the beach. The porch had good seating and a nice bar table and chairs. There was a private pier that was very nice. The only issue we had was not being able to figure out how to use the tv in the bedrooms., we just gave up and went to bed but I am sure if we had tried someone could have helped us with that. Over all this was a great place to stay and we would love to go back to it.

Family Memories

We had a great time. We loved the big windows with swivel chairs in front of them. Two bedroom and bathroom could have been a cleaner. One bedroom didn’t look like it has been cleaned at all. The master bedroom had black looking mold in the shower and on the mat. In the kitchen someone had burned the large skillet and it was Teflon so we were not able to cook with a large skillet. But overall we had a great stay and would like to come back to this unit. Thanks for sharing your condo.

Summary

The only issue was with the access codes not working. There could have been better communication bw property management company and HOA with accurate codes for beach and pier. Several incorrect codes were given by property management company and we had to get correct codes from other residents/guests who were there. Other than that, small things reported were handled very quickly.

Plenty of space and bathrooms in this unit. Beautiful views from every room. Well appointed kitchen, but you do need everything including spices, etc, there are none of these basics onsite. Host and team were easy to correspond with and gave great information before, during, and for check out. We would definitely stay again!

The beach view is beautiful guys we got to watch dolphins every morning for condo. It was spacious for the entire family get perfectly located for a private getaway guess the beach was not too crowded. There location was close to everything. We had a couple of minor things that my husband was able to fix and then our vacation was fabulous! I would highly recommend this for a fantastic view!
