Cottage #12 is the definition of luxury! The homes in Cottages at Romar share 500 feet of sandy white beach front, a large, resort styled zero entry pool a fire pit and a boardwalk to the beach.

Cottage #12 is a 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath with an added media room. This cottage is a beautifully decorated, perfectly laid out home with everything you could imagine you would need and or want on vacation.

Before entering the home on the ground level you have plenty of space to leave your sandy beach gear and rinse off and refresh in the fully enclosed outdoor bathroom including a shower. Once you enter the home, on the second level, you will find 5 bedrooms as well as a stackable laundry room.

On the main living level (3rd floor) you will find a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare a dinner at home attached to a spacious living and dinning area where you may walk out to the deck overlooking the neighborhood pool where you can also hear and see the gulf waves. While relaxing on the deck, enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage while watching the kids play in the grassy area or swim in the neighborhood pool. Back inside, you will find two more bedrooms along with a laundry room and 1/2 bath.

The main living area now features 2 comfortable sofas, Dinning Table that seats 10 and huge Balcony over looking the resort style pool with views of the Gulf.

Outside on the ground level, enjoy grilling, enjoying the grassy area, and watching the game or your favorite show on the large Smart TV. There is also a large picnic table for eating and just steps away from the neighborhood pool and beach access.

The top, 4th level has the kids level with a bunk room and a media room that share an extra large bathroom.

Bedroom 1 : Pictures 22 - 30. Master Bedroom with Private Bath over looking the pool area has 1 King Bed. This bedroom also has a shared balcony with Bedroom number 2.
Bedroom 2: Pictures 31- 35. 1 King size bed, shared balcony with master and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: Pictures 36 - 37. 1 King size bed with shared bathroom with bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4: Pictures 38 - 40. 1 King size bed with private bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Pictures 41-43. 2 Queen sized beds with private bath.

Third Level: Main Living area
Bedroom 6: Pictures 63 - 65 . 1 King size bed and a built in bunks with private bath.
Bedroom 7: Pictures 66 - 68. 1 Queen size bed with private bath (this is the only bedroom without a tv.)

Fourth Level:
Bedroom 8: Pictures 76 - 84. Bunk room with 3 sets of built in bunks (6 twin size beds). There is also a twin sleeper in fold out cabinet.
Media Room is not pictured but it is right next to the bunk room and has a sleeper sofa with large tv.
