Spacious 1200 sqft Condo! Sleeps eight! Newly updated ! Gulf front view just steps to the pool and beach. When you walk through the front door, you have a panoramic view of the beautiful water and white sandy beach of the Gulf! Relax on the large patio and enjoy ground floor access to the beach, pool, grills and parking. The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Gulf.

This spacious comfortable 2 bdr 2 bth condo has a large 12'x28' dining/living area! Each bedroom has now been redecorated to include 2 comfortable queen beds in the master and 1 comfortable king bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom shares the same view as the living room, with Gulf views to greet you first thing in the morning from the large patio doors. The private pool-side patio is 10'x28' which includes a large dining table for your enjoyment.

Parking is plentiful and easily accessible from the condo.
