* No shoes indoors – help us keep the space clean.
* Please do not move furniture, beds, or other items inside the property.
* Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – no loud music, singing, or noise.
* Use of the 3rd floor terrace and rooftop is not allowed after 9:00 PM.

* Check-in: From 3:00 PM
* Check-out: By 10:00 AM

🚬 Smoking Policy

* Smoking is allowed **only** on the 3rd floor terrace.
* **Smoking is strictly prohibited** indoors, in the parking lot, rooftop, and sauna areas.
* Always extinguish cigarettes completely and use the provided ashtray.
* A deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in non-smoking areas.

🍽️ Use of Terrace Area

* BBQs are **not permitted** (including bringing BBQ equipment).
* Please wash all dishes and utensils in the kitchen and return them to their original place.

🧼 Cleaning & Towels

* For stays longer than one night, please use the in-room washing machine to clean towels.
* No daily housekeeping is provided during your stay.
* The apartment is professionally cleaned after check-out only.
