Toilet did not work. Air conditioner did not work. Room temp did not go below 81. Thermostat light was bright and could not be turned off - kept room lit all night. Had to hand a dark shirt over it. Check in was smooth (although if booking through Expedia they will also hold the same amount charged if using debit card, no biggie). Big & tall, but small, but just enough in one space! The room I had was very clean, smelled nice. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but spacious and big for a King size. The shower floor was nice and clean, great pressure on the water system. The food was the average kind. I didn't eat the breakfast but I could have as it was appealing enough. Check out was also a smooth process. No fuss. It satisfied my needs for my stay and I'm sure it will yours as well. I would stay again because staying in Memphis, is not an option anymore as those options are slim pickings for safety concerns and that's my#1 priority.
