Enjoy the energy of this vibrant beach town, then retreat to your own comfortable space to relax and recharge after a full day in the sun by the ocean.

This thoughtfully designed boho, surf-inspired studio (under 300 sq ft) is fully equipped for a comfortable beach stay. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, 4-burner stove, coffee/tea station, cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic spices—everything you need to prepare a meal. Prefer to dine out? You’re just minutes from local restaurants serving fresh seafood and favorites (don’t miss the poutine!).

Sleep comfortably in a full-size bed with soft linens and plush pillows, and enjoy the added flexibility of a convertible futon for an additional guest. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends looking for a cozy, charming beach getaway. Traveling with a group? Additional units in the building may be available.

Relax after a day at the beach with a 40" Roku TV (BYO login), board games, books, and a retro Bluetooth radio. WiFi is included to keep you connected as needed.

This studio is just as charming as the photos. It's central to many attractions including Portland pier, ogunquit (totally worth the trip), and so, so close to the ocean. The only drawback is is proximity to the train tracks but we got used to it quickly. However, if you're a light sleeper then old orchard beach in general is probably not your ideal destination. There's families, music and fun happening all around town. The train tracks ruin the entirety of the town. Amie is easy to work with, a great communicator and has kept the property in great condition. It was clean and we loved every minute we spent there. It was a comfy place to relax after a long day of site seeing.
