The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and all essentials for short or extended stays. The bright living area features a double sofa bed and opens onto the beautiful panoramic terrace, furnished for outdoor dining or quiet evenings with a view. The double bedroom is tastefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort. All rooms are air-conditioned and covered by high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Online check-in is mandatory and requires uploading documents and a selfie for each guest.
• Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed; an English courtesy copy is available.

Key collection takes place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
