Parking was ridiculous. We were forced to use their Valet parking at $32.00 per night X2 plus a tip. They said the buffet breakfast was not included. It would be an additional $8.00 each per adult. I swear when I made this reservation through travelocity it said breakfast was included. The manager said I would have to call travelocity and then hand my phone to him so he could hear it from them like I wasn't trustworthy enough. So basically any discount we received through travelocity was gone once we had to pay for valet. Won't do this again.

Pretty standard hotel with everything you need for a short stay. The front desk was friendly and helpful at check-in. Heads up—parking is across the street and paid, so I’d recommend going with valet. It’s a little more expensive but much easier. The room service menu was just okay, so we ended up ordering from a local bar instead—and that was a great choice. Overall, solid stay for convenience and comfort.

This morning around 9:45 AM, we unlocked the pool door with our key card and were about to use the pool. My kids were very excited and had already touched the water. Then a staff member came in and told us the pool was closed for the day because strong chemicals had just been added, making it unsafe to use. We were really surprised and concerned—if the pool was unsafe, why wasn’t the door locked? It’s disappointing for the kids, and more importantly, it’s a safety issue. Very disappointed, so we checked out early, it ruined our trip.

I didn’t get the exact room that I reserved. The room I got was a handicapped room which was odd. There was a stain on the carpet and the cabinet door for the mini fridge was barely hanging on. The location was great and the valet parking was good as well.
