Last minute decision to stay in Ocracoke or take the next ferry? Nabbed the last room in Ocracoke and was blown away by the hotel! Really quite reasonable for a large suite with every detail thought of. Awesome view, attentive, experienced staff and obvious attention to detail throughout. Ocracoke is tiny, so everything is close by. It's not easy to get to but I hope to be back someday.

This is an excellent inn. The room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the harbor. The rooms are on 3 floors and there is no elevator. However, there is a luggage lift that saves you from lugging your bags up the stairs. We walked from the inn to the lighthouse and around the town and harbor.

Anniversary Trip

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was gorgeous and much bigger than we expected and so well-appointed. They even went above and beyond by letting us check out later when our ferry was cancelled. We can't wait to come back!
