Stunning Sunsets

North Coast Village has always been a wonderful complex. This condo was another great choice of ours. The condo was clean and comfortable. Communication from the property management, On The Sands was great. If you want to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your personal balcony this condo will fit your needs.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and I would’ve given it 5 stars, but there was not enough circulation, especially during a heat wave with no AC in the unit. There was a bedroom ceiling fan that don’t really have a true high setting. A box fan that needed cleaning and an Amazon basic oscillating fan. We even brought a stand up fan from home knowing the weather was going to be record setting, but with no ocean breeze most nights it was hard to get comfortable and sleep. Would definitely recommend this location during cooler weather and not a holiday weekend, as the place really does fill up.

Soccer tournament getaway

Great beach location to stay at while attending grandson’s Surf Cup Tournament. Was surprised by lack of AC. The pool was overrun with kids and at times there was no place to sit. Game room was lacking and we never figured out where to get golf clubs. Best thing about it was location!

Perfect location

We were in Oceanside with the Girls Academy for a soccer event and were looking for a condo close to both the beach and field. We found exactly what we were searching for and more! The unit was super clean with lots of updates. The check in process was a breeze and there were plenty of amenities on site including a pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, and a clean grilling area. To make the stay even more enjoyable we were only steps away from the beach! We would definitely stay again.

my Alone weekend!

Perfect in every way...except those sidewalks! I came up from a moonlit walk on the beach and came in on the opposite side and couldn't figure out how to get back to my condo! I made a friend along the way...so I came out ahead! ;)

Perfect Vacation Spot

The view is amazing and relaxing! When it is high tide you hear the waves of the ocean from the balcony. The security team is awesome. We had the floor above us emptying their coolers and were putting water on our balcony where we were sitting. Security handled right away and no other concerns. The balcony was amazing to watch the waves and sunset. Eating meals out there were so restful and beautiful!! The automatic ice maker and coffee maker made the stay that much better. The greenery is gorgeous on the property. The amenities such as pool and games on property were great for the kids. The space was so clean and comfortable. I also wanted to say the owner was great and responsive when we realized the heaters had been turned off. She supplied great and safe heating and it was warm and cozy. She even delivered extra blankets. The entire stay was wonderful and gave us the vacation we wanted. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

We had an amazing time. Condo was perfectly decorated and equipped with everything we needed.

We will stay there again without reservation. Condo has view and is so close to walking along the strand and the beach. 12 restaurants along the harbor. You could walk there. Only suggestion is to provide instructions on how to work the tv.

Clean. Well stocked. Extremely comfortable. Great location. Super efficient check-in. Exactly as described. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when visiting Oceanside. Does not supply items like shampoo or lotion, but does provide soap. Everything else you could need is there and well-organized and presented.

Relaxing getaway

Vey clean and cute condo. Had everything you needed except a/c but we made do with the fans. Loved sitting on lanai and looking out at the ocean. Even cooked dinner and ate outside and watched beautiful sunset!!

Fabulous Oceanside vacation

The owner was very pleasant and helpful, the condo really nice, clean, well organized and in a great location. We spent a morning walking to and around the harbor, and saw 2 whales and a group of approximately 70-80 dolphins on the whale watching cruise. Great local restaurants and wine bars easily within walking distance. For a day trip, we took the Coastal train to San Diego and took the ferry over to Coronado. Fun day! Definitely would love to stay here again!!

Great condo and beach!

The listing was exactly as described. Beautiful resort like grounds on the property and absolutely gorgeous beach! The condo was clean and the bed was super comfortable!! Erikka checked in with us to make sure everything was going okay and she was really responsive with questions when we first booked. The Perfect Vacation.

The Condo is in excellent condition and in a perfect location.It's Ideal for the beach, walks into Oceanside or eating out at the harbour. The owners have always been helpful and were in regular contact during the booking process. This was our second year at this property which speaks for itself!
