Actualizada con habitaciones de colores brillantes y asientos relajados, esta casa invita abiertamente a sus huéspedes a disfrutar de su estadía. Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana y la casa tiene WI-FI. La espaciosa cocina totalmente equipada invita a grandes cenas familiares, o barbacoa en la parrilla de carbón en el garaje de concreto con una mesa de picnic y sillas. Tenemos playa en mareas bajas y altas con un acceso dentro de los 50 pasos de nuestra casa. Cubiertas frente al mar en cada extremo de la casa. Very nice beach house, well stocked. Incredible view from the master bed - you just want to lay there all day! Plus there's plenty of outdoor seating on the various decks to enjoy the ocean while having some privacy from other guests, or switch decks from AM to PM depending if you want to follow the sun or hide from it. Beach itself is very clean and plenty of sand now. Beds and linens are all nice. You can see both sunrise (a bit obstructed by the house next to it) and sunset (unobstructed) over the ocean, as the house faces south. It's maybe 4 miles away from "town" near the end of the island, which makes it quiet but not convenient to shopping/food.

This was a great stay. We chose this property for the accessibility to the beach and it worked out wonderfully. The house was clean and had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and the owners were great communicators and very flexible. Would stay again for sure

We love OIB. It is our favorite beach. This was our first trip this far down to this end of the island. it is a great location. Wide beach with less crowds and noise. not much traffic. Great view and right on the beach. Nice they had linens included and provided beach accessories. Owners were responsive and nice to work with. The house was clean, but it needs some repairs. The front door is severly warped from moisture and one morning we could not open it. It was had to shut and required extra force to get it to shut. There were several areas throghout the house, especially right in front of the doors off the kitchen, the bedroom off the kitchen and the deck off the bedroom above the kitchen that showed signs of some rotting in the subflooring / decking as there were soft spots in the floor where it would buckle when you stepped in the spot. There was also some visible water damage throughout the house and roof above the deck off the kitchen showed very visible signs of sagging and water damage. Overall nice place and great location. If they were to address these maintenance issues, it would be worth the price we paid.

This is an amazing location and a great house. Definitely hoping to stay again in the future! Down away from all the noise and the part of beach was much less crowded. They have tons of chairs and beach stuff available. Lotssss of parking. And everything else you need for a great stay. Nice hosts and easy to communicate with.

Great house for all

This is a great house and works well for all ages. The gate on the porch helps keep the toddlers in (😄) and the view is stunning for the adults! This end of the island is truly a treasure, our favorite by far.

Perfect house for this many -- all of us comfortable, and TV's in every room remained unused (except for UNC football game). Beautiful location on the beach and nice walks. Stunning rainbows between clouds at sunset. Plenty of space for plenty of cooks. Hope to return.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Great location, beautiful oceanfront view. Easy access to the beach. Three balconies to enjoy. Great view from master bedroom, kitchen window and upstairs bedroom. Very nice home was clean and well maintained. It was stocked with everything you needed. The 9 am check out is very early but I would stay there again.

Wonderful home on the beach

We used to bring our kids who are all adults now to Ocean Isle Beach when they were younger. We have never stayed on this end of Ocean Isle Beach but absolutely love it! The home is well-kept and well appropriated and offers ample deck space for meals outside in the sun or shade! The beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked! Having linens included was a plus!

Quiet getaway

Great location and house for multi family trip!

This was our family’s first time visiting OIB and we loved this rental property! The location next to the public access was incredibly convenient, and having porch options on either side of the house worked well to always have a shady, breezy spot no matter what time of day it was. The home is well-stocked and had plenty of supplies and amenities.

Just another day in paradise…

My family and I decided a few days at the beach were needed, sort of on a whim, and I starting searching. We’re tired of the hustle and bustle of the busy beaches so we rolled the dice and our Ocean Isle search landed us on “Whata Gift” and I can’t think of a better name for this little slice of heaven. The location is absolutely perfect and the views from inside and on the decks are stunning! The crow’s nest has a gorgeous view of the beach and the backside of the island. The house was immaculate is very well maintained. The beach accessories the hosts provide are a lifesaver when car space is limited. There was enough space for everyone to not be on top of one another and there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The beds were comfy and the HVAC was nice and cool. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything you need to make full meals is up to date. The bathrooms are also renovated nicely. The space is utilized well and the entire space felt cozy and inviting. We are already looking to book again and we think we’ve found our new favorite beach spot. I’d recommend this place (and already have) to all of my friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great weekend @ Whata Gift on OIB

My family had a great weekend on OIB while staying here. You can hear the ocean calling your name as soon as you step out of your vehicle. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and met every need we had for a quick beach getaway with our daughters and my parents. The bedrooms accommodated each one of us and the mattresses provided a great night’s sleep. I can’t say enough about the amazing view from the master bedroom. We absolutely loved our mornings on the decks drinking our coffee while watching the pelicans fly by over the water, dolphins cruising down the coast, and boats galore catching bait before they were off for their day of fishing. We loved our walks on the beach shelling during the day, and chasing crabs at night with the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Whata Gift and we will be back.

Great Place!

We were all pleased with the house. So clean and well decorate. stocked with anything you might need. So easy to get to the beach. But the best part is the view! Direst scene of the ocean from all views. Would certainly stay again.

Amazing home, wonderful owners!

Absolutely LOVED staying at this beach house. The owners are WONDERFUL and extremely easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and their experience. The house in person looks just like the photos. Personally I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful area of the island. This is easily one of my favorite beach houses we’ve ever stayed at. It’s a great home for families to stay, big or small. You can’t beat the views either! I truly believe you won’t regret staying here and will make a bunch of memories just like we did. We can’t wait to come back!!
