Beautiful setting on the Intracoastal Waterway! Sleeps 6

Quiet location on the Intracoastal Waterway, enjoy the view from the deck or the private dock! One half mile from public boat ramp or a couple miles to the beach so bring your kayak, SUP, fishing rods and golf clubs. It is all about the VIEW. ICW home with private fishing pier. This location is also close to so many things..5 minutes to putting your beach chair on the beautiful sands of of Ocean Isle, numerous golf courses, restaurants, and a multitude of services and conveniences. The best is the walk on your own pier & to sit & watch the boats cruise buy on the ICW. Or just enjoy crabbing and fishing.

The house is listed as 3 bedroom/2 bath which includes the downstairs suite.. There is a 6 PERSON MAXIMUM INCLUDING CHILDREN.
3 VEHICLE MAXIMUM INCLUDING BOAT TRAILER


PLEASE NOTE - we do not provide linens or towels. Master is Queen, Second upstairs bedroom is King, Downstairs suite is Queen.

ATTENTION BOATERS - There are no docking facilities. You will need to put in and out daily at the public ramp nearby. Please let owner know if you plan on bringing a boat so that parking options can be discussed. There is no way to turn a boat trailer around in the driveway or at the house.

For Dog Owners: if you want to take your dog to the beach on Ocean Isle: All dogs must be on a leash, contained or fenced at all times. NO DOGS allowed on the beach strand from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. No Dogs allowed at any time in Public Access/Parking Areas. The Town does have a Pooper Scooper Ordinance.

Fish Camp on the ICW

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the ICW. A very peaceful location with a great deck for observing all who pass on the ICW. The house was very clean and comfortable and a perfect location for us and our pups!

A week at the beach

This was our second summer at this property and are already planning next summer's vacation. We love the location of the house and just the house in general! We stayed from Sunday to Saturday and enjoyed all things beach, fishing, crabbing, etc. We even had time for a little puttputting and go cart racing. We will definitely be back next year! Kids are 6 and 9.

Abundance of Fishing

We had an amazing time with this property. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was spot on, there was more than enough dishes and cookware for an army. This is an older home but it is clean and has everything you will need to have a pleasant stay. The best part we enjoyed was fishing off the pier and sitting on the porch upstairs watching the boats roll by. We caught Spots, Croakers, a small shark, and a Rockfish. We are, most definitely, booking this property again in the future.

Home for a week

I brought my kids for a week in paradise. The house had an amazing view of the inter coastal waterway and the fishing was great. The overall condition of the property was decent. Some of the outside furniture could use some updating. Inside was nice but the palmetto bugs were a nuisance. Overall it was good and the location was great.

Spring Getaway

We loved the house in Ocean Isle Beach. The house is right on the Intracoastal Waterway with a nice pier to enjoy the sun. This location was perfect for my wife and I to unwind. Ocean Isle Beach is a short drive away making day trips very easy. We hope to go back again soon.

Nice place for fishing

Great place to stay and do some fishing. No big fish in December but still can catch a lot of decent small fish like whitings, croackers, spots, etc. A few keeper black drums. Also saw some dolphins.

Best fishing spot ever!!

Not only was this the coziest little gem of a cottage, but my husband said the pier with lights and washing station was exceptional. Even had rocking chairs on the end of the pier. The house was extremely well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. The owner, Bill, was very communicative and accommodating. We would love to come back again.

Beach Vacation

My family enjoyed this rental so much that we have already booked for next summer! It was exactly as described and everything that we needed. We probably spent the most time on the pier and the king size bed was super comfy. Cant wait until our next stay!
