Don’t Do It!
This unit was very dirty. It was not cleaned at all before we came. The floors and carpets had lint and debris all over them. The shower had black (mold?) stuff on the walls, and the toilet had feces on the seat and back of the toilet. I had to clean all of the counters, shower, sinks, toilets, floors etc… The bed sheets had stains and the mattress pad was stained badly. We had to have maintenance come and fix the hot water because we had none at all for a shower, the toilet ran and my husband fixed that. We were woken up in the middle of the night by security asking if we had water running because the unit below us had water coming into their unit. My husband fixed the toilet and we assume that was the problem because no one contacted us again. We also had a lot of problems getting into our unit and locking it with the pin pad. Our last day we couldn’t lock the unit at all. It was extremely disappointing that this unit was rated so well. We were so mislead and would not recommend this unit to anyone.
