Enjoy an oceanfront view from your private balcony and take advantage of the convenient mid-town location, close to many restaurants. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, brand new washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, central a/c, and parking for 1 car. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy is 5. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
