This unit was a disappointment.
Kitchen: more recently renovated and the refrigerator/stove was clean.
Bathrooms were recently updated and clean except for the terrible, ripped and mildewy plastic shower curtains. In the en suite bathroom the plastic shower curtain is too short so the entire floor is soaked every time you shower.
Wood floors were filthy. Not a one time house keeping issue, it’s needs a serious deep clean.
Bedroom and living room furniture and bedding are beyond old and dirty, as is the furniture on the balcony. I went to HomeGoods and spent $300 on bedding.
No useable closet space at all. The only closet with space has a bed up against it so it’s unreachable. There are 2 closets that are packed with junk that just needs to go out to the dumpster.
The washer dryer is too small to fit more than 2 towels at a time.
The front door doesn’t close well and you have to check in at an office 2 miles down the road.
