ONLY complaint..master bedroom,mattress..needs to be replaced. Looks amazing at first,until you get in it and you roll to the middle,huge gulley. Not a great night sleep unfortunately.

The unit was nice and very clean and updated. The lock on the front door was a little tricky (could probably use a new one). Loved the balcony and how close we were to everything. We had to physically check in at a secondary (Vacasa) location before actually going to the unit which felt a little old-school, I’m spoiled by the automatic codes that don’t usually make you do that anymore. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had no real complaints.

The view is exactly as promised. Location was amazing and right next to the beach. Guest services was quick to respond. There were some minor things that could make the stay absolutely perfect but would definitely bring my family back for another trip.

Our reservation was cancelled last minute. I heard from them at 11 am on the day we were supposed to arrive at 4 pm. Super disappointed because it's not like there were similar options. I wish they cancelled earlier to give us a shot to get the vacation we planned. I get that things happen but it was honestly really disappointing.

Very comfortable, clean and lovely home

The four of us loved the apartment. Had all the comfort of our own home with all the equipment needed for anything you wanted to cook, clean and use. The only complaint I had was that the Master Bedroom TV didn't work Could only turn on manually but not turn to any stations, the remote wouldn't work even with new batteries. Called for help and help never came.

fall get away

Place was very clean and perfect location with fabulous views! Beds were very comfortable small updates could improve esthetic like fixing holes in wall from door hitting it and master bedroom carpet has some stains but place was very very clean. Only complaint was check in process- apparently the lock box is broken- make sure you get physical key when you check in it will make the process easier- it took us 2 hours to get in but the stay was wonderful and we even added an extra day to our trip- we would definitely stay here again Made wonderful memories with family this trip

We had amazing views of both the bay and the ocean. The condo is right in the heart of everything, so we also had easy access to everything we wanted to do.

Poor Management company!

VRBO needs to get rid of VACASA. Our pass code for the condo never worked, we put two work tickets in and I never heard anything back from anyone. I took my own vacation time out went back to the office and complained about not having the code, and one key with multiple people staying. The girls at the 64th street office in ocean city Maryland could have cared less about our problem, stated they were going to tell the building manager, of course I never heard back. Poor customer service! The shower curtain in one of the bathroom had mold on it, holes in the wall from the doors hitting them from the wind. Toilet running all the time. View was beautiful but the staff at the office needs to be fired along with the building manager for Summer Beach. 705 was our unit. And another person staying at the same place had the same issues with the code and no response! I’ll never deal with them again!

Summer vacation

The condo was beautiful. The main bathroom toilet paper holder is broken There are a few holes in the wall from the doors. The bathroom vent is very dusty, the vent in the dryer was full of sand and lint my husband had to clean its. The main bathtub drain was blocked and my husband had to plunge it and pulled out a big clump of hair. There were no large pots to cook pasta in. Other than that, the view is amazing and we enjoyed our stay in the condo

good, bad and Ugly

Location and view excellent. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property was not good. carpets, walls ceiling fans, and glass patio doors were dusty and dirty. The door lock did not work most of the time had to enter the code 4 or 5 times before the door would open or locked when leaving the premises. The cable TV was not working our whole stay. All these things were reported Monday 2 of our stay and nothing was resolved while we were there. Management did not take care of any of the problems we reported

First beach day postponed

The property is beautiful and a perfect location. There were a few minor issues I found after giving a cleanliness rating of 5, a few wrappers left behind furniture. The toilet handle was very loose in the master bathroom and toilet paper holder is broken. Dark hair in bathroom drawers. No number on the unit made it a bit confusing after checking in. The main issue was the keyless door entry. It wouldn't lock and there wasn't another key to use, only a key for the lobby door. When I called about this I was told the doors to this building sometimes need to be pulled tight in order to lock. When I did this the entry code wouldn't open the door. I was told a repair person was coming soon. I was afraid to leave the property in case we couldn't get back in. I waited over 3 hours for the repairman and had to wait longer for them to make a key and install a lock box on the outside. I was disappointed missing time on the beach when I had such a short vacation. I text the person who responded to me about the repair person on the way and asked if it was possible to get a later check out due to missing the entire morning our first morning there and never got a response.

Convenient Location

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. We liked having a balcony that overlooked both the ocean and bay. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

. The communication was NON. I called and emailed with no response. Was almost afraid when we checked in I was scammed. People in the office were extremely nice. where we checked in for that I was happy. The condo was nice. Had a bad smell when we got there Friday night. We cleaned and opened the doors

Great besides the wait

The place was great and was perfect for my friends and I. The only thing I can complain about is checking in, we got to the door and had to wait an hour+ because we received the wrong code to the door. Other then that everything was great and would like to come back.
